Good, but...
Bag is really good. Works well. My only gripe would be the strap itself is harsh on the neck. I bought a seat belt cover and now it's very comfortable. I also wish that the pull tab on the zippers were a little more low profile. Sometimes when I go to grab the quick release tab I will grab the zipper at the same time. The bag isn't too bulky either, has a lower profile and I am still able the fit a good amount of stuff into it.

Excellent EDC sling bag
I purchased this bag in order to replace the 10+ sling bags I have purchased in the past. I carry a S&W M&P Shield Plus 4” w/red dot and the weapon fits phenomenally. I did have to cut the holster slightly in order for the gun to slide further into the holster. The red dot would hinder the weapon from sliding completely into the holster and the trigger was not completely covered. I am able to store 2extra 13 round mags and 2 TQs in the large pouch with my pistol. I have my phone, wallet (Slim wallet), and small flashlight in the 3 other pouches. The bag is well designed for a right-handed shooter. I noticed in the comments that either another customer or the manufacturer stated the bag can be used by a left-handed shooter. While it is POSSIBLE, it is not completely practical. I am a left-handed shooter and find that no matter how I have the bag slung across my chest I am not able to get a complete and comfortable purchase of the weapon when drawing without flaring my elbow up and putting my wrist into complete ulnar deviation. No matter how you wear the sling bag, the pistol will ALWAYS be canted for a right-handed shooter. Until a left-handed bag is made or an ambidextrous buckle is added this bag will always be for right-handed shooters with the ABILITY of a lefty to use it. I am a lefty and have extensive training with all types of firearms. It has always been the struggle of mine learning how to use right-handed firearms/holsters/bags as a lefty. Do I have to use this bag? Absolutely not, and I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy it because you’re a left-handed shooter. However, I wanted to create realistic expectations for my lefty friends. I will continue to carry this bag as I love the size and design. I will train to make sure I am getting a good draw from any position and orientation. I watched a few YouTube videos on the M-Tac bag and one of them stated she felt the Gen1 vs Gen2 had a different “thickness” of material. Such as the Gen2 being more flimsy. I purchased both the Gen1 and Gen2 in black in order to see for myself and I did not have this experience. I took the time to fill both bags with the same items in the same orientation and complete a few draws. I could not tell the difference. They both have the same feel as any “tactical” bag. The only difference I could see was the Velcro on the front of the bag for patches in the Gen1. The zippers have a nice feel to them and don’t seem to catch. Even with the pistol compartment completely closed and pulling the tab to draw my weapon the zippers felt nice. I went ahead and added Vaseline to the main compartment zippers to add some lubrication so that I can extend the life of this bag given the “yanking” and “pulling” it’s going to experience over it’s life. I gave this bag 5 stars having only used it for a week. I will provide an update in the future if there are more pros/cons that arise.

Every Day Carry made easy
It's been a few weeks and i love how the main compartment has a velcro wall for the included velcro holster to hold my full-sized protection at an angle, but if the bag was a little wider then that would be much better of an angle. Four spots for extra mags is nice. Plus it carries my other EDC stuff; knife, wallet, keys... i just grab one thing and hit the door when running errands. And, when i wear a collared shirt the strap cant rub on my neck at all. Mostly good with only two small complaints, and i bet i can fix the strap with something soft to cover it, or wax it--IDK... Two enhancements this product needs: 1; more padding/ small plastic plate between my phone and the main compartment(i just know that my scrreen will shatter if i dont put the back facing me). 2; a netted pouch on the bottom corner with an elastic mouth that can hold my small vape(congrats to me for putting down the cigs! Just stepped down to 3mg nicotine, as well). Thank you for your attwntion in this matter, @m-tac.us

Great Product
Great I got it so i could run and conceal carry at the same time. It has plenty pockets. Only thing I had to do was cut the flap so I could grip it better when I draw. Material is ok. The value is great for what I paid.

Lazy Carry
I've wanted to write a review on this but I needed to spend some time carrying with this method before I gave my final words on it. -Carrying in a bag. First off this method of carry is convenient when in a best case scenario. The quick pull tab is efficient and fast and unlike carrying with a holster I have the ability to put my firearm elsewhere without exposing it. These are all pros. As for cons, it's not "on" you. There may be a time where the bag is in your car or on a chair, it's not always convenient to wear a crossbody. And the biggest con of all would be the personal safety aspect. An attacker is going to use whatever leverage they can to control you, this bag is around your body and your neck making you easily controllable and even worse it makes it 100 times easier for an attacker to actually gain possession of your firearm. -Durability This bag seemed just fine and in fact was. For the price I could buy three of these for the price of the average holster and not care much about the condition. However the last few weeks the top compartment that holds the strap has began to fray and now has completely fallen apart rendering the bag useless. This took under a year of mostly daily carry to achieve so as I said purchasing several may not be the worst idea. -Comfort This bag is certainly comfortable and does in fact eliminate a lot of issues with owb or iwb holsters such as digging, drooping pants, etc. I've carried a Glock 19, cz-75, and a walther ppq m2 all with extra mags without any weight issues whatsoever. I will say this bag isn't good for holding much else, as it swells up rather quickly and begins to flop around more than expected. - Reccomendations I reccomend this bag if you casually carry a firearm and are a smaller person. A lot of firearms can be hard to conceal for women or smaller men but outside of this I see no benefit aside from carrying a couple extra mags in an easily accessible place. If your serious about carrying and plan to do so everywhere and at all times I would find a combo of firearm, holster type, and clothing that works best for you.

My Favourite Shoulder Sling Bag
This bag has quickly become my new favourite sling bag for my daily tasks. I have tried a handful of sling bags that were good, but I always found that they were lacking in one thing or another. The M-Tac however ticked all the boxes I needed, from size, storage capabilities, build quality/materials and overall aesthetic. I have been using this bag for outings in the city, the gym and even work, which has seen it in some harsh environments, and it has held up marvellously. Even in moderate rain, my items stayed dry and I especially like the layout of the bag. The main compartment is very spacious, as well as the three smaller compartments to the front of the bag and the zippers are all very sturdy. I also really appreciate the shoulder belt pouch on the top, which is perfect for the smaller items that you would need to access easily, like keys, AirPods or hand sanitizer. Overall, this is a fantastic product, built like a tank, and comfortable to carry. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for that perfect tactical shoulder sling that isn't too big or small, and will have the capability to store all of your EDC tools. 5 stars!

Offers great quality at an affordable price.
I've been using the M-Tac Tactical Bag for a few months, and I have to say – it's really impressed me. The bag feels tough and well-made, like it can handle everyday wear and tear without any issues. You can tell the materials are high quality just by holding it. The stitching is tight and secure, and the zippers have a nice, sturdy feel to them. It’s the kind of bag that gives you confidence it will last for a long time.

A lil smaller than the one that costs half the price that literally looks the same
Not as big as the one that costs half the price. But it is made well and will fit alot of "stuff"... but the one that costs half the price is basically the same thing without an M Tac logo on the front
