Excellent magnesium supplement! Has the perfect combo of Glycinate for sleep and relaxation, and Milate for bone and muscle strength. The addition of Ashwagandha boosts energy and reduces fatigue. I've noticed a difference in muscle relaxation, sleep, and immunity. Highly recommend
