I’m very happy with the JOROTO MD55 weight bench. It is lightweight and easy to move, but it still feels sturdy and stable during workouts. The quality and overall design are great, and it doesn’t take up too much space. What I love most is how functional and versatile it is. I can do a full-body workout using just this bench, including upper-body, leg, core, and back exercises. The adjustable positions and attachments give me plenty of workout options. Assembly was easy to follow, and the bench feels well made. Overall, I’m very impressed with its quality, sturdiness, functionality, and space-saving design.

I was very excited to add this bench to my home gym. It is advertised that it has a 772 lb load and I cannot confirm that but I do know that when using it to do hip thrusts the bench is not weighted down enough that it moves. It is not made for a very large person. The padding is decent the incline is on point the assembly was not so bad but there wasn't any direction on how to fold it up which was a very important selling point I was interested in. Another reason why I wanted this compact bench is to do leg extensions. It is not built to hold the weight plates and do leg extensions, your feet do not have room to be positioned properly compromising you to injury. If the leg extension worked they it is supposed to I would have given it 4 stars. UPDATE: The Joroto company reached out to me about my concerns on the above bench and my disappointment about the leg extension. I rated the bench a 3 star but would like to change my star rating to a 4 based on the customer service. The bench did not fit my needs however they sent me the MD35 weight bench. This bench has better padding the incline is on point, assembly was easy and folding it up is much easier than folding up the above bench. Although it does not have the capability for leg extensions it is a well made bench. Based on the MD35 weight bench and the customer service I am changing my Star rating to a 5.

Overall the bench is well made and sturdy. The only issue is it did not come with instructions so it tool some work to assemble.

Bench is on the narrower side but still good. The headrest on the second position allows for people that are 6’5-6’9 to place their head. Anyone taller than that should likely find a different bench or will have to drill two additional holes. Padding is on the firmer side/there’s not much of it. Assembling is quite easy and you could probably do it without the manual. Where there might be some confusion, is that some pieces are in the included bag, while others are secured on the actual folded bench. So check the bench for the part that may appear missing. In order to fold this up to its smallest possible footprint you will need to remove the leg exercise attachment.

So far it looks like it is a quality product. I have only used it a few times. It was easy to put together and all the instructions were good.

Do not buy this item. I’ve had it less than a year and it’s falling apart. The leg curl portion broke already and is not usable. The design was poor to begin with, it sits so low to the ground you can’t get full size weights on it. The metal piece that holds the weight bar to padded ankle area snapped because it’s just a small metal screw holding it in place. I regret purchasing this item. You’ve been warned.

The bench is quite sturdy, stable and comfortable to use, including with weights. I would have preferred the bench having wheels but it’s light enough to lift. The seller provides an excellent service experience. Quick to respond and very accommodating. The bench is 4.5 stars for no wheels. Customer service is a 5 star.

Lo pillé para entrenar en casa y la verdad que fenomenal varias posiciones del respaldo lo cual es perfecto para entrenar las diferentes zonas del cuerpo, pecho en sus tres secciones, hombros, etc. Un plus el poder colocar unos discos y poder entrenar cuádriceps en el también. Se ve robusto, bien terminado y trae manual para poder montarlo y las lleves necesarias para el proceso

Overall quality looks good.

Have had it for a year. Outside. Use it 2x per week. No rust, no mold. Legit. And this is the Netherlands - where it rains all the damn time. I am a bigger guy (198cm, 130kgs) it’s super Solid and I strongly recommend.
