Helps me sleep easier as I can breathe fully, but they've changed the glue so now it rips off a layer of skin in the morning when I take it off. Even if I soak it off, it still takes off a layer of skin. It's super painful and leaves my nose red and raw. If you have thick skin, you'll do great, but I've had to cancel my subscription

As I was driving my wifemad by keeping her awake most nights by snoring, I read the reviews on these and decided to give them a whirl. First mistake was ordering the wrong size. I ordered the medium which did not cover my entire nose span and I don’t have a particularly big nose. The idea is they hold your nasal passages open in an attempt to make you breathe through your nose more freely. Even though these were a little small I could see that they were stretching my nostrils so was good to go. They are not uncomfortable and you soon forget you are wearing one ( very similar to a small plaster) . Tried them for a week but with no effect and my snoring was as bad as usual. The larger size may have worked better, but wasn’t prepared to take the risk of shelling out again for , perhaps, further negative results

I brought these thinking they were the transparent ones that I have had success with but no. They arrived looking like beige plasters and peal of just the same. They have no pull on my nose at all and would have more success preventing a small cut from being infected than they would pulling my nostrils apart to prevent any snoring. Really disappointed.

This product (Beige colour) is faulty - the glue on these strips is far too strong. I purchased these for my mum and after using the first one she struggled to remove it and when she finally did it peeled the skin off her nose(!) She has used the clear versions of this brand before and said the glue on those is fine. The pack I received is dangerous and not fit for purpose. Reached out to seller for a return or refund but have so far received no response.

I bought these because my nose is small and my skin is combination/oily and that's what's recommended on this page (please note: the BreatheRight website has very different recommendations so read their page before you buy!) It barely fit across my nose (they should rename the small to "kids size") and after five seconds, one side would peel away from my face I followed all the instructions - I washed + dried my face, blotted it, even used rubbing alcohol to dry it out more. I pressed it down as hard as I could, held it down for ages, rubbed to get the adhesive to work, you name it. Still peeled off after five seconds. Couldn't even get a refund. What a waste of money.

I usually buy these every month but this time every single strip I had lasted no more then 5 minutes. Not enough adhesive and just kept peeling off. Would not recommend or waste your money!

I'm not sure if these are a real product? I've used them bought from Boots for 2 years, decided to order off here out of convenience and the first one took skin off my nose and left a REALLY sticky residue. They also look slightly different to my normal Boots supply? And don't fully stick on very edges of the strips. Won't be using them again. And would NOT recommend using them

They stick really strongly but nothing changed about my snoring. I now realise it's my soft palate behind the nose and this cannot influence that. Best advice, try to get a sleeping position where your head is tilted back enough and you will not snore. If your chin is near your chest, big snores are gonna result. Try a travel cushion round your neck, keeps the head from dropping down.

These are still the best brand, cost is more but I just went through 200 of a cheap brand I had to cut them in half and cut the length and they didn't stick all night. THIS is the best brand, they always stay on all night, I find I can cut them length wise and get two out of each one. These are small too.

Have been relying heavily on decongestant tablets and nasal sprays until I found these, they are perfect I can finally breathe through my nose again!
