This thing is very versatile and just works great. I really like the separate locations for sealing up a new bag and then for sealing the final bag with food. The bag cutter is very convenient, makes a nice clean straight cut, just makes the bagging process so much faster. The suction is very good and I have had no issues with bags not getting a solid suction.

Works well and really easy to use. I am not looking for things to vacuum seal!

This has been one of my favorite purchases this year. I usually buy a pack of steaks from Costco, and because they're so thick, I cut them in half and vacuum seal the rest. As a household of one, this has helped me save money by reducing food waste and keeping meat fresh much longer. The machine is easy to use, seals well, and has worked exactly as I hoped.My only issue has been with the warranty process. I received a warranty extension flyer in the box and followed the instructions to register my product. When I contacted customer support to confirm that my registration had been processed correctly, I was told that because I purchased it through Amazon, I would need to work with Amazon regarding the warranty. The problem is that nothing on the flyer mentions that purchases made through Amazon are handled differently. That was frustrating and could have been avoided if the instructions had been clearer.

Fast, Automatic vacuum bagger. I like not having to latch unit every time. Can bag, and bag, and bag and doesn't get hot or diminish vac power. Great.

I have been using this sealer for several months now and so far its really nice. It has a vacuum bag dispenser inside for rolls, so you can easily pull what you need, cut and seal your own bags. I find the rolls go fast, but that is just how it goes if you vacuum seal often. It is automatic, so you just feed the edge of the bag into a specific slot for either sealing or vacuum and sealing. It uses vacuum suction to clamp the lid down for you, so no latches to clasp shut before sealing. It is really convenient and so far easy to clean. I honestly don't know about the long term durability, but I use it in heavy sealing sessions about 2 - 4 times a month. It is just like new so far and works a treat. For the cost I would happily buy it again. Comes with some bags, bag rolls and an extra gasket for the vacuum chamber. The internal roll dispenser has a built in cutter, works fine, but isn't serviceable if it dulls. I doubt this will be a problem, the sealer will probably fail before the cutter dulls, plastic bags aren't very abrasive. Also has a hose attachment for vacuuming jars and stuff.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I've always wanted a vacuum sealer and only recently purchased this. I was making burgers todays and had some left over uncooked patties that I was about to toss in a freezer bag, but remembered I just bought this and gave it a try. It worked flawlessly. It was super easy to use. Cut the bag size you need, seal one end, place contents in the bag, close lid, and it'll automatically seal it. It removed much of the air and has a strong suction. The unit looks nice, maybe not as fancy as some others with tons of buttons, but this is so easy to use, I love it. It also comes with suction hose and adapter for suction containers. Totally recommended.

what more can I say a very reliable seal unit. I have not gotten to the point where I use it all the time thus far it is the great value for the money. I am smart I buy the big hundred foot roll of cut yourself bag sometimes I put handfuls of dried bell peppers I steal it and then I making second pouch I make a third pouch I work my way down the wall so I can put them in the freezer and cut them off one at a time. As for longevity I really cannot stay but I got this on the fantastic pride so it works for me thank you

Je viens de recevoir ma première machine de mise sous vide FRESKO.Première constatation, les dimensions indiquées sont bonnes, mais le poids indiqué est erroné, la machine fait en réalité 2,82 kg au lieu de 1,77 kg.Une bonne chose, le colis contient une notice en Français, certe dans une mauvaise traduction, mais elle existe.Notez tout de même, que même si la notice avait été inexistante, son utilisation est très simple et facile à comprendre, si vous avez eu la curiosité de regardez des videos sur cette machine.Le plus dure dans le fonctionnement, est de définir la bonne dimension des sacs à créer en rapport avec les aliments à mettre sous vide, problème qui va se solutionner avec le temps.La mise en service est un jeu d'enfant. Vous ouvrez le capot, vous insérez le rouleau de sac (le déroulement devant se faire par le bas) vous branchez la machine au secteur, le tableau de commande s'allume et voilà vous êtes prêt pour une première utilisation.Pour débuter l'opération de scellage, vous tirez le bout du sac en le faisant passer sous le bras articulé du cutter (sous lequel vous trouverez le tube d'aspiration externe) vous coupez la longueur de sac souhaitez, vous le positonnez selon les indications, vous fermez le capot, la machine fait la première soudure, vous remplissez votre sac avec l'aliment, vous repositionnez le sac une deuxième fois, fermez le capot, la machine devine le type d'aliment, sec ou humide, fait le vide d'air, scellé le sac, rien de plus simple.La fonction manuelle est un peu plus compliquée, il faut faire usage du tableau de commande en sélectionnant "manuel" avant, préparer son sac, ajouter l'aliment, fermer le capot, appuyer à nouveau sur "manuel" et terminer manuellement au scellage.Est-ce un appareil à conseiller, je dirais oui, la machine est simple, pratique, de bonne qualité, les finitions sont propres, livré avec 2 rouleaux de sacs de dimensions différentes, un joint supplémentaire.À priori, pour une première prise en mains, je suis satisfait.

I already had a vacuum machine from the Aldi which worked fine, but not always handy. The Fresko is much better. I have more granular control (to avoid sucking out liquid), and I use this machine almost daily.A good investment and addition to my kitchen devices.
