Mild taste not much aroma. I drink a cup in the morning and a cup before bedtime.

Waste of time
It’s very weak in strength it’s not enough herb in the pouch. It bearly changes the color of the water. Weather I use 1 or 2 teabags. I am very, very disappointed in this product.
