They are easy to open and pour in a water bottle for on the go. You mix it with about 12 oz of water and shake it and it evenly distributes easily. They are delicious!

This is the first drink packet that has actually helped me. Ever since I started making these in the morning my mood and energy levels are so much higher. Before I would be drinking 200mg of caffeine in other energy drinks and then I would crash but I don’t have any problems crashing with these.
