Terrible customer care. My airwrap started losing power 5 months after purchase even with routine cleaning. I contacted Dyson support in November via their online chat. I was advised that my filter cage needed to be replaced under warranty. The Dyson representative, "Love P," said the part was out of stock and I would receive an email "within a few days" when the part was available. I called Dyson in December because I had not received an email. The Dyson representative, "Sarah," said the filter cage was still not available and I would receive an email. "Sarah" discouraged me from returning the airwrap because the replacement process would take weeks. Another six weeks has passed, not a word from Dyson. This is not the level of customer care you would expect - especially in light of the cost of this hair appliance. Buyer beware. UPDATE: Six months later and one "repair" by Dyson and I still have a dead appliance. A Dyson "engineer" reportedly cleaned it. The appliance I got back continued to have unusable airflow with the filter cage and now will only stay on for 30 seconds on a good day. I've gone through all of their maintenance steps and continue to be told that I just need to clean it. Dyson is quick to send their cleaning videos and convey that the customer is the problem. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

After weeks spent poring over reviews for the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler for Curly+Coily Hair, I finally decided to pull the trigger and get it as a gift for my wife. Let's be honest, the price tag gave me serious pause! It's a hefty investment, and I spent a good while wondering if it could really be worth that much. But the countless five-star reviews, especially from those with curly hair, kept calling my name. I took the leap, and I'm so glad I did. All those glowing reviews weren't wrong! My wife is absolutely over the moon. She's telling everyone – friends, family, even the mailman, probably – how awesome it is. She admits it took her a couple of tries to really get the hang of the attachments and techniques. But after just one week, she was a total convert, calling it an "unbelievable tool." Her curls look fantastic, and she loves how it styles her hair without extreme heat. Seeing how happy she is and how much she genuinely loves using it makes the initial sticker shock totally worth it. If you're on the fence, especially if you have curly or coily hair, I can say from our experience: believe the hype!

I had high hopes for the airwrap, but I guess my hair just doesn’t like it. I’ve followed all the directions and tutorials and my hair just won’t hold the curls. For reference I have very thin, fine hair. Works good for general drying and straightening though.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. I have used it a few times while visiting and I should have definitely gotten one for myself. The quality is great, and I love the airflow control and how you can change it from hot to cold. Great if you prefer not to use heat on your hair because it isn't like a normal blow dryer where you have to hold the cold button. It is a sliding button and once on cold it stays until you change it. It is pretty comfortable to hold and is a little better than average drying time.

This is an awesome product. Well worth the money. My hairstylist daughter recommended it, and I’m so pleased I purchased it. It has several attachments, and since I’ve used it my hair isn’t all dried out. When I style my hair with it I always get compliments and the body I get with it stays for days. I was on the fence for I while about buying it, but I am so glad a took the plunge!!

I love my dyson. It's expensive but worth it. It's a great styling tool with both 3 heat settings
