Can’t do an honest review because these were ordered for my daughter. But she was happy to get them. She did say that the count of the actual seeds was not as described.

Well worth the money! They help in so many ways. Mood energy gut health and more. I will say they taste terrible but it's strange if you swallow with water it's like sugar kinda weird lol I would chew them and swallow with my coffee. My husband drinks water and say wow it tastes like sugar. I was like what no way and it's true so i would suggest water. Hope this helps. ❤

The amount for cost was reasonable. However I've found several seeds that were old and dry. When opened they seed was just ash.

They are good if u are a diabetic or have High blood pressure. They also work if u have gout
