I want to start off by saying the pole and hardware itself is 5 stars!! I gave it 4 because the flag it comes with is not anything special. I put this up at the end of Feb, it’s now the 2nd week in Aug, and it is frayed at the ends, there are about 4 stripes that are separated. It did appear that it was heavier duty, so I don’t know why it hasn’t lasted. We don’t live in a high wind or really stormy area, and honestly I get the same length out of a flag from Harbor Freight, however this one does look a lot better. The pole installation was simple as this was a replacement for a thinner walled flagpole from Lowe’s that lasted about 9 years (I haven’t been strict in taking the flag down when storms do come through). It fit perfectly in the sleeve that was installed from the last one. I did add one of the solar light rings on the top, and it looks fantastic! I would highly recommend this flagpole kit, just have appropriate expectations regarding how long the actual flag will last.

Great flagpole, arrived on time, easy to install, great customer service. I live on the Gulf of America and get high winds. So far this flagpole has held up great. Would definitely recommend this product.

We had bought a different brand less sturdy flagpole almost exactly a year ago. Recently a storm came through with 70 mph & bent it in half. We just had this new flag pole up a few days when another storm came through last night with about 70 mph winds again & it's still standing! Much better quality. We live in Oklahoma, known as tornado alley so we need a very sturdy flag pole. Highly recommend.

We had flag on side of house and it kept hitting roof and tearing flag so decided on installing flag pole. This pole is taller and we added light which looks amazing on flag.

Pole is much sturdier that the thinner aluminum products I had. They broke after long exposure to moderate winds. Had some 70 kph windows today and although the pole swayed a bit it was much more stable than my previous ones. Fits perfectly into my previously concreted support tube. Hint. If you have problems with stollen flags, replace the nylon cord with steel cable - make a loop in the cable at the right place on the cable and attach it with a lock and lock hasp to the pole. Definitely suggest buying it.
