Get the briefs
Comfortable and effective for small leaks. I initially bought the high waist design, which were way too long. The briefs fit normally. I have been wearing Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear and now have switched to Thinx for day time wear. I a pretty sure only the "12 tampon" size would work; less absorbent would not hold enough. The only negative for Thinx is that there id limited odor control compared to incontinence underwear.

I have ordered several times from Thinx and although they are supposed to send 2 pairs, I only received one. This is the 3rd attempt at fixing this. I would not order from this seller, even though the product itself is great.

Comfortable and alleviate anxiety around accidents!
I love these period panties. These are my first colorful ones and it's a nice change up. These are so great for days when you want to free bleed or if you want to double up on protection if you're going out and are worried about bleeding thru your tampon, etc. As I've been going thru peri menopause my periods are erratic and so much heavier so this alleviates all the anxiety I have about being caught off guard or having an accident. And they're so comfortable! I love where they sit on my waist. They are a bit high waisted and that extra comfort around my mid section is nice during that time of the month.

No elastic
The under garment is ok. I’ve washed it and has kept its shape. I would not recommend it though. I did not like the fit do to not having elastic (where the pad would go) I feel it does not stay in place do to not having the elastic so that’s why I only used them twice. I’d recommend going for another brand. Even when you squat I feel it doesn’t stay in place (crotch area) as seen on pic

Give them a chance
They worked! I'm actually surprised it worked I've always heard mixed reviews about them but i finally decided to give it a try....glad i did because I'm never going back to pads again because these held up on my heaviest day plus it makes it through the night without leaking.
