I tried this along with my wife just to see if it did anything good. We were both very happy with the results as it provides a nice lift better than coffee and without any crash later. 2-4 hours of boosted energy and more task focused. Pros: -Gives you pep -Burst of energy -You feel productive Well, I noticed after I get enough sleep this really works. Feels like a natural “adderall” pill for someone like adhd like me. I feel like being super productive and get things done. I don’t feel lazy and I feel alert and awake. Partial Cons: I got this because I’m a working mom and need to breastfeed(asked my ob said it was ok to take), saving on daycare so I am home in the day and work at night. I sleep around 4am and wake up around 8:30am with in between feedings. I’ll take a pill without a meal and get the nausea and ok it’s working effect. I def suggest taking with a meal if you don’t want that effect. Anyways, I feel like a zombie where I am awake but, still know I am tired. I don’t really feel the pep I get with enough sleep. I took a short nap after 2pm. (So lasted about 5-6 hours). Took another pill around 3:30-4:30pm. At work I’m doing my thing but, coworkers still see I look tired. I am alert enough to my work and stay focused. Not falling asleep when I pump anymore so am awake. It lasted about 10-11 hours before I got super tired, but I didn’t want to take another one because I need to sleep. So this works in terms of will keep you awake, but not the extent of if you needed like some adderall experience to feel super. Would I get this again? Probably because I need to survive. And yes my baby can still sleep.

Took this pill initially and gave it 1 star because I ate breakfast before taking it. Didn’t feel a thing and felt scammed. Second time I took it BEFORE eating anything and wow! Complete 180. I was focused and centered would be the best way to describe it. Not jittery, not wired, just completely aligned “locked in” essentially. Great product! Just don’t eat before!

I started using MCT oil. The 200mg of caffeine was too much because I was taking 2 cups of coffee a day too. Now I do bullet proof coffee using MCT oil in the morning & take MCT oil in the early evening separate from an earlier 2nd cup of coffee. The evening MCT eases the start of my daily 20 hour fast. The morning MCT eases the stretch to my first daily meal. The 200 mg caffeine pill helped me start the program but fine tuning later eliminated the need.

I love coffee. But sadly, coffee does not return my love in kind. Just one Americano and I am chained to the toilet for 2 weeks. So unfair! I have tried every concoction under the sun (all the teas, mushroom drinks, energy drinks, etc, etc, etc) in a desperate attempt to find a dupe for all the glory that is coffee. Nothing even comes close. I always thought caffeine pills were trash until I stumbled upon these caffeine + L-Theanine pills with MCT oil. As a supplement junkie I was intrigued and gave them a try. This is a boost like no other. Think an awakening along with a mood boost. Win+win! I take one in the morning and sometimes a booster mid day. No jitters, just clarity with an elevated mood. I’m hooked! These are on sub and will always be in my stack!

I LOVE these pills. They provide a great source of energy. Works better than coffee and is good for concentration too.
