High performance, high efficiency, good quality, good price
I've been wanting a portable dual zone cooler for years now. I had been using an Igloo Peltier type cooler for a while, but it is not efficient, burning a constant 60 watts so it kind of beats up on my power stations and can kill a car battery pretty quickly. It can't freeze things, and how cool it can get depends on the temperature outside, which is limiting. So compressor based dual zones have been, for years, priced out of my range. Last time I looked, probably like 5 years ago when I got the igloo, you were looking at 500 bucks for something approaching this energy efficiency and size. This one, on sale especially when I bought it(219.99) is really just an excellent value. It's made out of materials that feel like a quality high end cooler, and the dual zones are real dual zones. The one I tried before this could have the huge compartment freezer or fridge, and this tiny, laughably small compartment just fridge, which is the exact opposite of what I and what I suspect most people want. This one you can configure however you want. Both sides can freeze or fridge, in whatever configuration you want.It holds its temp pretty well too. I got no defrostring of the contents of the freezer after 3 hours of power outage from power station(environment was was low 80s temperature), which is important as that's more than enough time for me to charge up the power station and bring it back to resume power. Let me be clear, it did lose some temp, but not to the point of freezer contents defrosting, they were still frozen. This is important as I use this for my work on the road. It can keep the contents frozen for more than long enough to pull my power station into an office or hook up to a solar panel and charge up.The power consumption is just phenomenal. It burns 45watts when you first power up. In warmer environments it can burn 36watts, and in cooler environments I rarely see it go above 24. And those numbers are not, like with a peltier cooler, constant. It goes on and off to maintain temp, so it is a massive reduction in power consumption compared to my peltier cooler. In cooler weather, it has consumed less than 300 watts a day, and about 500 watts in warmer weather. I have not tested this in hot(high 90s and higher) weather yet, so I'd imagine it will consume more there, but that's par for the course. If I had any complaint, although this is more of a fantasy wish than a complaint... it's still a little on the big side for my current use case. When it's in my trunk, I have to take it out to fully open it. But this is the smallest, most efficient dual zone I was able to find anywhere near this price point, and it's just plain worth it.It sips power, holds its temp, has true dual zones, and is good quality. If you've been wanting a small dual zone freezer/fridge cooler but the high price tag has been holding you back, consider this. It's pretty nice.

Excellent Cooler Even In Brutal FL Heat
If anything changes I will update this review. We needed a way to keep products being sold at our roadside farm stand cool and dry. Started with piezoelectric cooling and solar for power. This was a poor choice because the power consumption is ridiculous and the cooling is marginal. I started researching 12v compressor coolers and they sound great. About 2/3 the power demand while running and about as close to zero when not. We only need power for cooling and for security cameras and 200ah of LIFEPO4 batteries and 200 watts of solar panels in north FL should be plenty for even several cloudy days with what this cooler draws. This 21 quart cooler started up and was down to 40 degrees in under 30 minutes in late June 95 degree heat. Wanting to see just how cold it would go I turned it down to -4 degrees. I didnt expect it to get there and I was right but it did manage to get down to 12 degrees and freeze the water filled ice containers in about 3 hours. We don't need freezing temps but its nice to know it has the reserve capacity to get that cold in blazing FL heat. Keeping farm fresh eggs and freeze dried candy cool won't be an issue.Battery consumption wise the solar panels stayed ahead of the cooler use with ease and ran overnight using only around 10% of capacity overnight. Piezoelectric cooling would use 150ah or 3/4 of the reserve power overnight. If it was cloudy or raining the next day there wouldn't have been enough to run another day.Build and finish is excellent. There is virtually zero noise when it's running. With a 3 year warranty on the compressor I feel confident this will last for the duration.

LOVE this frig!
I’ve been using this frig in my van for over a month and I LOVE it! I have a huge 53qt Joy Tutus that I cannot lift or power. This 21qt Setpower is easy to manage, not heavy, big enough for my needs of 3-4 day trips and best of all, it SIPS power from my Jackery 500. It was maintaining 37 degrees after 4 days in warm weather and my Jackery was only at 44%! I love this thing! I love the digital display of the temp. I did test the 50 hours unplugged, and no that didn’t work but it held its own and kept a flat ice pack frozen for 3 days. It’s still a GREAT frig! So happy with my purchase!

Very nice unit
This is a really nice unit. It seems well insulated and I had both compartments turned to freezer mode as cool as it would go and it was ready super fast. I’ve only had it plugged in for a few days, but it seems to be working perfectly fine in a 12 V plug. I was restricted by dimensions in my RV about the size of unit I could purchase and I would give this unit five stars except I would like the two compartments to have a removable wall divider because I just don’t have enough room for everything I need sadly.
