It just says refrigerate after opening. It has a "best when used by" date, but that would depend on when you buy the jar and when you open it.

Yes. It has pickles, red bell peppers, egg, mustard flour, spices, paprika, garlic, onion, tumeric , oleoresin paprika, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, modified food starch, xanthen gum, potassium sorbate, & calcium disodium.

What ia this is it mayonnaise or what it is?

It is not mayonnaise. It is sandwich spread that is made up of different things. It's great for sandwiches, and I have used it on hamburgers.
