Favourite protein bars!
These are very tasty, clocking in with 20g protein for just around 140 kcals! I use these as a treat and in between meals while I'm losing weight, and they're very much helping me reaching my protein goals while staying within my daily calorie deficit (I eat 1800 kcal/day)... plus I don't get any chocolate/candy cravings when I can have one of these in the afternoon! I was sceptical about the peach flavour, but it's very nice! Highly recommended. My only wish is that they would provide how much fiber each contains...?

Points positifs : * Goût pêche rafraîchissant et naturel : Le goût de pêche est vraiment agréable et pas trop artificiel, contrairement à certaines autres barres protéinées. On a l'impression de croquer dans une pêche mûre, avec une petite touche acidulée très plaisante. * Texture croustillante addictive : L'ajout de céréales croustillantes apporte une texture vraiment intéressante qui la différencie des barres protéinées plus moelleuses. Ce contraste entre le fondant et le croustillant est très satisfaisant en bouche. * Teneur élevée en protéines : Avec [mentionner la quantité de protéines si vous la connaissez, sinon laissez un espace], cette barre est une excellente source de protéines pour la récupération musculaire, la satiété et le maintien d'une alimentation équilibrée. Elle tient bien au corps et évite les fringales. * Faible teneur en sucre : C'est un point crucial pour moi, et cette barre a un taux de sucre raisonnable, ce qui permet de se faire plaisir sans culpabiliser et d'éviter les pics de glycémie. * Format pratique à emporter : L'emballage individuel est idéal pour glisser une barre dans son sac de sport, son sac à main ou son tiroir au bureau pour une collation rapide et saine à tout moment de la journée. * Bon rapport qualité-prix : Comparée à d'autres barres protéinées sur le marché, celle-ci offre un excellent équilibre entre goût, nutrition et prix.
