These insoles saved my feet
As someone who has been struggling with plantar fasciitis, Iโve tried numerous solutions, but the Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles have truly made a difference. These insoles are specifically designed for comfort and support, and theyโve exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the arch support is fantastic. The high arch design provides the stability my feet desperately need, alleviating the pressure that often triggers my plantar fasciitis pain. Iโve noticed a significant reduction in discomfort during my daily activities, whether Iโm walking, standing, or exercising. The trim-to-fit feature is also a huge plus. They fit perfectly in my favorite shoes, and I love that I can customize them to my specific footwear. The professional-grade quality gives me confidence that they will last, even with daily use. Beyond just support, the cushioning is excellent. It strikes the perfect balance between firmness and comfort, making each step feel more comfortable without sacrificing stability. Iโve even noticed I can walk longer distances without the nagging pain I used to experience. Overall, if youโre dealing with plantar fasciitis, I highly recommend the Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles. They might be a bit of an investment, but the relief they provide is absolutely worth it. My feet feel happier, and I can enjoy my daily activities again without constant pain. These insoles have been a true lifesaver for me!

They fit perfectly!
Check out my video showing how to install these. Before, you do anything put the insole on the ground and step on it making sure your heal is in the heel cup. The arch support should fall directly under your arch. In most cases it will. However, if you are on my high or low of the size you bought, the next size up or down may fit better. I was lucky. My daughter wears and 8 which fell kind of in the middle of 6.5 - 8.5. I was shocked that they did not require any cutting and fit perfectly inside of her size 8 Adidas adidas Performance Women's Energy Cloud Wtc W Running Shoe, Collegiate Purple/White/Ray Pink Fabric, 8 M US running shoe. They are designed for under pronators who need atabilty. Another good shoe is the Saucony Ride Saucony Women's Ride 6 Running Shoe . We got these inserts to combat shin splints from running at track practice. Unfortunately, we discovered after they have shin splint symptoms and no before hand which would have helped prevent them. Rest is an issue right now as she can lose valuable conditioning already gained. So these inserts combined with a good shoes and the use pf Penetrex Penetrex Pain Relief Medication [2 Oz] :: Patented Breakthrough for Arthritis, Back Pain, Tennis Elbow, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel, Sore Muscles, Joints & Chronic Aches will help. Last track season, we made it though by using Penetrex. It is a miracle in a jar. But you have to put it on 4 times a day and ice the injured area too.One of my daughters loved the feel of them as soon as they were in her shoe. The other complained that they felt weird and stiff. Most reviewers have stated that t takes a few days for your foot to adjust to the insert. I will update this review after a couple of weeks. Sorry to ramble on, hope this help you out! UPDATE: First time my wore them to track practice, she said that her shins didn't hurt as bad. So with running in these inserts, I am hoping the shin splints go away. I read one reviewer said that theirs went away after four days. But their are varying degrees of shin splints. So maybe theirs weren't as bad. I will continue to update this review.

Just what I needed to make my dr martens fit!
Iโve had these guys for a few weeks now and I am already a convert. They were recommended to me by my physical therapist as a better way to get proper support in ALL my shoes instead of buying new ones that limit my style significantly. I wore them in my van slip ons first, I couldnโt get the factory insole out of them so I just slid them in sitting on top, my foot doesnโt have as much room as it did before which is a slight annoyance but Iโve gotten used to it now and the light compression feels kinda nice. I feel properly supported on them, itโs insane that Iโm bouncing around through my shift with these guys on when my nerve was so compressed 4 months ago I couldnโt even dress myself. Itโs more comfortably to walk in them then to sit down at a certain point (oh sciatica) Where these really shine is in my Dr Martenโs Sinclair boots, Iโve had these puppies for two years, fighting them tooth and nail to break in during this whole time. my heels have scars and have been bloodied by these suckers. They are NO JOKE. I wanted to be brave last week and thought Iโd try again after being depressed for a while I might never get to wear them comfortably, I slipped the insoles in on top of the Airwair insoles and when I slipped them on?? โจmagicโจ my feet actually fit in them without sliding around, this hasnโt been a sizing issue; itโs just the shoe part itself was too tall and my feet arenโt thick enough to fill in most docs. I wore them with the insoles and some kinda thick socks to my 8 hour shift. I walked about 3 miles that day in them and I only had a slight blister that was uncomfortable towards the end; but I can reason that out to they actually fit me properly so the heels are getting worn in correctly finally. Iโm so much more optimistic about my sinclairs, I know Docs arenโt supposed to be like this, I first got a pair of classics 1460s back in 2012 and they were significantly easier to break in. I could wear them without socks (I def donโt recommend it though) Iโm much more confident in my ability to break in this brand now.

Excellent quality but not for my two different arch heights.
I have high arches and decided to take advantage of the low price of SUPERfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles (Green) during the Black Friday sales. The problem for me was to decide which size to order since I wear womenโs 8.5. Iโm in between the size cut-off. So, I ordered one of each: โCโ W 6.5-8 & โDโ W 8.5-10. Surely, one of these pairs would suit my feet just fine. I take plenty of photos when I review a product to show how I formed my honest opinion while using the item, but they don't always upload in sequential order. I lined each size next to my usual PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met womenโs size 8-8.5. It was obvious the SUPERfeet Green โCโ could easily fit inside my athletic shoes. โDโ was too wide and long, and I didnโt want to cut them so I could return them. I did a quick study of the arch compared with my PowerStep that sat on top of it, and I thought the SUPERfeet looked less high but wasnโt certain. The hard plastic โstabilizer capsโ underneath both orthotics are sturdy and durable to support my weight when I walk. I anxiously decided to wear one of each for comparison since I needed to walk my dog that morning. There was a noticeable difference between both orthotics as I walked the neighborhood. When we got back home, I pulled them out of my shoes and studied them more closely. I hope you can see from my side-by-side photos with my pointing fingers that the SUPERfeet has a deeper slope, and the PowerStep has a gradual upslope towards a supportive metatarsalgia pad. I then remembered I have two different arch heights that complicate things and also affect my comfort. I found my wet feet arch height drawings from 2/2023, and you can see that my left foot has a higher arch than my right. It then occurred to me that the Powersteps with the metatarsalgia pads help compensate for my different arches. In the end, I will unfortunately have to return both sizes โCโ and โDโ of the SUPERfeet. Donโt get me wrong. SUPERfeet are an excellent quality, in my opinion, but like with anything you wear, you need to try them on to see how they feel when you walk on them.

Good for plantar fasciitis
I used these in my work shoes since I have to wear non slip shoes and they hurt my feet sine I have plantar fasciitis. They fit perfectly in my 8.5 work shoes without cutting them at all. I have used a few days now and my feet do not ache on my arch or bottom of heel. The back of my heel hurt the first few days getting used to the high arch support but not as bad as my plantar fascia was hurting. Once broke in they are very comfortable. They look very durable hoping I can get at least 12 months out of them. I have to admit they were expensive but I needed them bad. Other insoles I have used before barely lasted 3 months.

Great product but with a huge price increase.
These insoles have helped my feet better than anything I have tried - including special shoes and prescription inserts. Today, I had planned to order more, only to discover that the price has increased by 33% -- from $45 to $60. That's a huge increase in a couple of months!!

Worked for me. Addressed my plantir fasciitis in about 2 months. Will always use in all my shoes.
Some background. I am a 185lb 60yo male. I walk 6-7 miles every day before 7am, generally 75% on concrete and 25% on hard-packed dirt, gravel. My soles wear evenly, and I change walking shoes (Merrell) every 4 months. I have done this for 20 years and until January this year was walking 10 miles every morning, rain, shine, heat, cold, dark. Early this year I self-diagnosed as having plantir fasciitis. I stopped walking for 3 months, tried Dr Scholls insoles, compression socks, boot. Not much rapid improvement. Pretty uncomfortable walking, particularly the first 3-5 minutes. I even bought a pair of Kuru shoes to try. No lasting improvement beyond feeling more comfortable at first. Then I was recommended Superfeet insoles by a friend of my wife. Tried a pair for 3 weeks at home, all the hours I was awake, and noticed progressive improvement. Very pleased, even as a chronic skeptic. I have now resumed my regular morning walking, but cautiously limit myself to around 12.5k - 15k steps. I arrive home free of foot pain, and have now bought a pair of Superfeet for all my shoes rather than swapping the one pair in/out. Even after just 4 months resumed walking I cannot imagine not using Superfeet, even as a preventative. For my feet, my use, these do the trick. I used the Superfeet 'pencil test' and found I needed their High Arch insoles, not a surprise but the verification was useful. Every pair I have bought (7 now) are exactly the same. Good consistency. I buy Men's 9.5-11 size and they perfectly fit my US 10.5M sized shoes without any need for trimming. RECOMMENDED. If you think you might benefit you probably will. Expensive, but discounts are to be found through the year. ADENDUM: One of my shoes (a Merrell walking shoe) developed a squeak. I found that a little lubrication between the 4 nubs (see picture of product) and the floor of my shoe solved all the squeak-squeak-squeak. I use a very small dab of silicone grease, which I had handy. Soap, shampoo, etc would work just as well.

Love these insoles
I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

Fantastic support for feet, great value
I've been using these for many years at the recommendation of a chiropractor who was treating me for chronic achilles heel pain that I'd had for over a year. Since using them, I never had pain again, I use them for all my shoes, including running, hiking, boating, regular walking, etc. They're very durable and last a very long time, longer then the shoes you put them in.

Feet feels better
I have a problem with my foot hurting from longer walks for a while. Physiotherapy and other insoles has not had desired effect. Could be that from using Superfeet Green insoles for months that my foot is feeling better after longer walks. Great stability, fit, comfort and helpful in aligning the foot the right way
