I had some concerns because this wasn't cheap but I'm happy with the look and the quality.
It arrived promptly a couple of days before the estimate and I've just installed it. Always a fiddly job but the fittings provided are as good as any I've used and better than most (it includes metal washers and nuts, an insert to support the rod through the oversize hole in the toilet pan, a key to make running the nut up the insanely long threaded bolt easy etc.) The seat itself is heavy and solid and the soft close works fine. There's no sign that the plastic coating would be able to peel away like the photo in one of the earlier reviews because there are no seams. It feels as good as the one I'm replacing, which lasted 20 years, so hopefully this one will too.

The most beautiful toilet seat ever. Love the wood. Very well made and fits perfectly. It was easy to install. It was a bit pricey and took a while to arrive but worth it.

Really like this toilet seat!My husband thought it was a bit much to spend on one but he's pleased with it too.Easy to fix on,good quality and looks great. It's really given the bathroom a boost! And the slow close works well too. No more hubby swearing under his breath coz one of the grandkids has let the lid down with a bang again. Lol

Not good quality. worst seat ever.
the quality of the product is good. but unfortunately, you cannot remove the seat for cleaning once fitted, and it was of no use to me as i cannot get to the back of the toilet to put the nuts on, all other toilet seats i have purchased the hinges are fitted from the top. so you don't have to put nuts underneath. very disappointing. Now 2 month down the line, and guess what, the plastic is coming away from the cheap MDF THE SEAT IS MADE FROM. Do not buy the heap of garbage.

Ho due bagni e per tutti e due ho scelto questi "sedili". Ottimo acquisto, intanto i colori sono originali e scanzonati, basta con le squallide tavolette tutte bianche. Inoltre sono estremamente solidi e le cerniere molto resistenti.
