Medical Graduated Compression Tights, 20-30 mmHg Support Pantyhose

This is my fourth time buying them - the ones I had lasted about six months before getting a hole in them (and that was after wearing it very frequently) I do recommend going a size up - I'm 5ft 1in and about 105lbs and the small was WAY too small for me lol, but medium fits perfectly. The quality is very good, very snug but has flexibility to move. The compression makes a HUGE difference - I have Pots and I didn't realize how awful I felt until I wore these and could finally breathe again. I used to think I wasn't desperate enough for full waist but now I am lol and I wear them every single day. The only downside is you can't/shouldn't put them in the washer according to the instructions, and they do start to get pills on them and small snags after a while, but like I said I wear them constantly and it's usually under other clothes so no one else sees it anyway. I also have more than one pair so I can alternate them, which is important if you're gonna wear them daily cuz they need time to regain their stretchiness. The material has a good amount of thickness while still being breathable, and I wore it in the summer and the effect was well worth the minor discomfort. Highly recommend and pretty affordable considering how much you get from it. I love them! :)

These are great & comfortable. A little long because I am 5'2" tall. If you follow their size chart they do fit. I wear a size 6 in clothes but needed a large according to the size chart. I like them, they are more supportive than the recovery garments after surgery. These really help support my legs. I have lipedema, venous insufficiency and a lot of swelling and these definitely help.

The fit is good. I like that the waist is high, but I thought that they would a little more compression according to the description

Giving this garment 5 stars as it is an excellent compression garment. Fits snug, as it should. I did have to order another size because they do seem to run small. I'm 5'7" and weight 157lbs. The size/measurement I ordered based on the information chart, would slide down when walking. (I walk frequently and I do enjoy working out.) Think these garments are going to be perfect for exercising and everyday movement because of its quality. I would certainly recommend this garment.

Too tight at thigh

TL;DR: Wearable compression tights: easier to get on, effective daily support, but no abdominal compression (important for POTS). Bonus—these have a tiny tag for size ID. Why I bought these: I rely on daily compression for circulation support (I have POTS, so that’s extra important). Most hose are a nightmare: too hot, too hard to pull on, and they stop at the thigh crease—forcing me to layer with an abdominal binder. Fit & Wear: - Compression level: Feels like 20–30 mmHg. Technically I need 30–40 mmHg, but these strike the balance of effectiveness + actually being wearable. - Footless design: Crucial for people like me who overheat easily. - Donning (putting on): Comparable to other compression hose—still a workout. Pro tip: use grip gloves. My method: start bare-handed, roll to the ankle, work them up evenly left/right to the thighs, then use gloves to smooth wrinkles (especially behind knees and under the glutes). - Daily use: I put them on in the morning and take them off at night. Sagging (normal for compression tights): Like all graduated compression hose, these creep toward the ankles during the day. It’s not a defect—it’s gravity plus the way the compression is distributed. My workaround: I keep grip gloves in my bag and give them a quick pull-up every bathroom break. Comfort & Design Details - Waistband: Elastic, not silicone—good news for sensitive skin. - Tag: Tiny tag with the size printed on it. It can be removed if you’re sensitive, but it’s helpful for identifying pairs in the drawer. - Brief area: No compression at the top—makes them easier to get on, but less helpful for POTS since abdominal compression is key. - Front seam: Probably uncomfortable for people with external genitalia. - Packaging: Mine arrived in a resealable bag that had clearly been opened. The hose themselves were clean and odor-free—not “factory fresh,” but definitely not used or worn. Bottom line: These tights do what they’re supposed to: reliable daily compression that’s wearable for hours. They aren’t perfect—no abdominal compression and some sagging—but they’re solid, practical, and thoughtfully made.

I brought this as an alternative since the first one I brought was a miss. I initially brought the Beister with the same feature, footless compression stockings. But it wasn't compressive enough for me. It feels like a normal tights that you wear on the gym. You cannot feel the 20-30 mmHg as advertised. Anyway, this one was easy to put on as well so I had thoughts since Beister was like that as well. But as soon as I wore it, that's when I felt the compression. I'll be honest, the ones I brought back home were my standard and reference, it's from Burlington. I always had a hard time wearing it so for me that's how it should be. This can be my alternative if those are in the laundry. I think this can hold for multiple washes as well. One thing, the nude was way too light for me. I am fair skinned so I don't think I will wear this if I am wearing my A-line skirt. It's not sheer so take note of that. I am thinking of purchasing the full compression pantyhose next. I just have to check the durability of this first.

I bought them to wear instead of pantyhose for a wedding. As mother of the groom, I found these compression tights so comfortable I was able to celebrate my son's big day without feeling pinched in all the wrong places! Footless allowed me to wear open toed sandals while the compression allowed me to dance all night long without swelling up by the end of the evening. Definitely buying these again when the first pair wears out

I can’t wear these tights because the ankles bunch up during the day and cut off my circulation I followed the instructions for measuring and my ankles are 20.5 cm or 8 “ . I would like a refund!
