SOMXL works. Have some faith in it.
I had about 20 small and large warts around the base and along the shaft if my penis for 4.5 years now. I have tried cryo therapy and laser therapies not to mention numerous other topical medicine such as imiquimod and products available in Amazon. I don’t recommend cryotherapy and laser treatments for the following reasons: 1) they are expensive 2) Doctors can easily miss small warts especially if you haven’t shaved your groin area. I have tried imiquimod but it was before COVID and it wasn’t so easy to apply it consistently. And imiquimod is relatively more expensive than SOMXL. There are scientific findings that iniquimod works. This, I trust its effectiveness. But, I didn’t feel that it worked quickly or effectively. I tried apple cider vinegar. It seemed to work well based on the fact that it made the warts white and tingly. But vinegar has strong odor and directly application was a bit hard since it’s not viscous. After trying apple cider vinegar for a while, I switched over to somxl. It’s texture is thicker than apple cider vinegar. Thus, I can apply it to specific areas, and somxl made the warts quite tingly. I didn’t feel much for the first two days. For days 3-10, it was very painful but I could sense that the warts were getting smaller and going away. During this time, I read many reviews which help me withstand this painful period. After about 10 days, the pains began to subside. And when I checked in day 14, some warts came off dried. And skins underneath the warts were fresh as new :) I have a few warts remaining now and all the major ones are gone. I have used 2 tubes and ordered another one. I also forgot to mention that I have used somxl for about 3 times a day. Since i am working from home, it’s easier to apply it more frequently.. haha To all this who are suffering from genital warts, I hope you find my review useful and as someone who went through the same pain as you are having now, I give you my encouragement to win this fight :) This is my first ever amazon review by the way.. lol this is how much I am impressed..

Doesn’t work sadly
Did not work for me. I know you’re not supposed to use regular wart remover but the only thing I’ve found to work is the Dr Scholls ones for hands and feet. Whether it’s the freeze one or the liquid. They both burn like hell.. But it does work, even though they always come back within a month. Sinclair was a waste of money for me

Better than most home/alternative remedies
I unfortunately contracted unsightly genital warts due to the HPV virus and obviously wanted to find a way to get rid of them without having to go through more invasive or painful procedures at the doctor which would cost a lot of money. So after trying several other remedies, including those involving Hydrogen Peroxide and Tea Tree Oil, with nothing really working, I finally found Somxl. I'm happy to say that it's something that actually works! it does burn a bit and there wasn't as much as I'd hoped for in the tube as I have a larger area to cover, but it's easy, it works and it's relatively cheap so that's good enough for me. Highly recommended as a safe wart remover for sensitive areas. :) Also be patient as it's not something that works overnight. Pros: * It actually works (give it time)! * Easy to use * Doesn't burn fingers * Has a wonderful minty smell Cons: * Infected area feels like it's burning for a bit (or a lot depending on your pain threshold) * Only 15g which is good for small areas, not so much for large * Accelerator is highly recommended for faster healing * Has to be used twice a day after washing area, not a big deal I guess, but still

Not 100% sure if this works on its own but used in combination it worked
This is a real deal review I got no endorsements from any of the products. I did some shopping on amazon to take care of some GW's that popped up in my private region. In my past experience I used to use the apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball taped on overnight which always got the wart to turn black and fall off within 3-4 days. Last time I did it it burned the skin around it which was mighty painful and didn't do the best job to break down GW so decided to use something different this time around. I bought warticide with somyxl and papillex supplement. -I applied both wartcide and somyxl 2x a time after a thorough warm shower to make sure the warts were damp. -After 3rd day the newest wart shrunk and went away on its own which had me amazed -On day 4 Skin around older wart was getting burned from frequent application and that area felt real tender. After some online suggestions I read you should apply petroleum jelly around wart to protect skin from acid damage. I applied it on the 4th day which helped but damaged was already done -Older wart was more resistant on 5th day it finally turn black and fell off on the 6th day -Downside skin was burnt though around wart and scabbed up. Applied antiseptic cream to heal the skin. No discoloration after scab fell off. Key take away I believe wartcide is the real winner but have to protect the healthy skin by applying petroleum jelly around the wart with a qtip on the healthy skin. Not sure if the somxyl alone was doing anything but it actually does have active ingredients that I found out does something when I applied it to scabbing skin. **Do not do this ** . I did on day 5 because i stopped applying the wartcide since its really strong and the skin was damaged and a scabbed layer was formed so like an idiot I applied somxyl to keep attacking the wart figuring it was mild and it burned like crazy and had two tiny blood blisters that went down the next day. I used both since I figured wartcide would burn through the top layer of the skin and the active ingredients of the somxyl would be able to penetrate afterwards. It was painful and unsightly but it worked and the scabbed skin healed after a couple of days and no discoloration under the scab. So 3 days for a fairly new wart to go away and 6 days for a wart that i let linger for a couple of months. I now take the papillex supplement every morning to make sure my immune system stays strong. I will continue to take this for the next year to 2 years since I read it takes 2 years for hpv to leave your system. So hoping for no relapses. Hope this review was helpful and best of luck!

Does it work? Absolutely
Review is specific for genital warts. First off, does this product work? Absolutely. With that said, please read on to understand how, why, and what to expect. I had been struggling with a pretty bad breakout that developed over months. I tried tea tree oil and apple cider vinegar but all these did was irritate the skin. When I ordered this cream, I admit I was pretty desperate and it was my last ditch effort before sucking up my pride and going to a doctor to see what they could do to help. Now, how does this work? I have absolutely no idea other than it basically feels like applying a topical cream that occasionally stings slightly, but most often has no effect at all regarding comfort. I was diligent in applying it twice a day, every day (along with the accelerator cream that I ordered from the company itself). Forget the expectation that a $20 bottle of cream will clear anything up in a week and expect to apply this for at least a month or two. It took me about 3 full months to clear up a pretty severe outbreak, but you know what? It worked. I was patient, I focused on improving my general health, ie: jogging, eating healthy, sleeping better, avoiding alcohol, etc. and in combination with that and the cream, it cleared up in three months. That’s after a long long time battling it with various other treatments. Best part is it was incredibly simple and other than 5 minutes of application, twice a day, for a few months, it was pretty convenient. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this!

Just okay
It works, but very very slowly. When you first open the tube it squirter out onto the floor. Bet I lost half of the product. Wasn't about to waste more money on another tube
