Fills Me Till Lunch
Have this most mornings, one variety of Jordans Granola or other, this is my go to. I’ve tried a number of others, and always happy to try supermarkets own etc, but this one suits me. If I have this I generally feel fuller for longer and don’t feel that I need a mid morning snack. By being consistent about having breakfast along with eating healthier I’ve managed to lose a whole load of weight. Please note this is calorie dense food and needs weighed out, it’ll surprise you how little you actually need. For me, a larger guy I go for 60g, so with milk 60ml a breakfast of under 300kcal. That’s more than a standard portion but gives you an indication. The packaging is great and sits up in the cupboard and seals well, can't stand soft cereal. As with any named brand you pay for the name, however the quality of this product is great and as long as you measure it goes a long way. Also great with yougurt etc for an evening snack
