Water Boy Hydration has been an absolute lifesaver! It works so much better than I expected—within a short time of drinking it, I felt rehydrated, refreshed, and way more energized. It’s perfect after a long day, a workout, or even just when you’re feeling a little run down. The flavor is actually really good too—not overly sweet or artificial like some other hydration mixes. It’s easy to drink and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. I also love how quickly it dissolves in water with no clumps. You can really tell it’s made with quality ingredients, and it does exactly what it promises. I’ll definitely be keeping these stocked at all times. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick and effective hydration boost!

I was unsure of this purchase at first just because some electrolytes are to salty for me but I was pleasantly surprised. These electrolytes are not on it tasty but they keep my hydrated through out the day.

The Waterboy Daily Hydration packets have become a staple in my routine, and honestly, I’m glad TikTok led me to them. I love that they’re all‑natural, sugar‑free, and gluten‑free — finally an electrolyte mix that doesn’t feel like a compromise. The flavor is genuinely amazing, not artificial or overly sweet, and it turns regular water into something I actually look forward to drinking. On days when I need an extra boost or feel especially dehydrated, I’ll use two packets, and it makes a noticeable difference. I’ve tried plenty of electrolyte powders, but this one stands out as my favorite brand by far. Clean ingredients, great taste, and real hydration support — it checks every box.

I have POTS, and it kicks my ass daily- ESPECIALLY if I don’t get enough electrolytes. I have to intake way more sodium than a normal person, and these work great for just maintaining. I have other beands that I use for emergency electrolytes, but they make my stomach sick sometimes. This brand is super easy on my stomach bc of the simple ingredients, and I don’t feel bloated or sick from them. I just wish they weren’t so expensive.. only reason for the 4 stars.

I’m gonna say five stars because before I took this I wanted to quit my hike, after I took these I felt hydrated and actually climbed a mountain. For reference I do not climb mountains. I did this because I don’t know how to say no to outdoorsy typeA people. They don’t taste great, but that was a perfect trade-off fine by me. Whatever will get me up that hill.

This drink mix has a terrible after taste. It seems good but then once you drink it is super salty. It seems healthy because of the minerals but does not quench the thirst.

I’m honestly not sure about this product but I wanted to give a review bc I’m always sure of a hydration product after a week of use and wanted to give my current insight. I feel like it does make me slightly more hydrated. However, I do get headaches/ migraines and dizziness occasionally. There are some hydration multipliers that help a bit more with that. I’ve currently had a migraine for 2 days while drinking this every day. I feel like it hasn’t helped any of those issues. The taste is not the best. It’s drinkable, isn’t awful but isn’t the most pleasant either. I love the brands cure, and IQ hydration and was hoping for a similar experience from when I tried those. I do think this could be really nice for others and this brand has so many different kinds of hydration multipliers but it was just ok for me without feeling benefits from it. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is for me.

I’ve tried the Waterboy Weekend and Workout varieties (which are both amazing), but I recently discovered the Daily Hydration, and I’m officially hooked. The strawberry lemonade flavor is SO delicious that I actually look forward to drinking it, and I’m so happy to have found an electrolyte made to enjoy everyday to keep me hydrated. I’ve been starting my mornings with it, and it’s been such a game changer. PLUS it’s made with all natural ingredients and has 0g of sugar, which makes me feel great knowing I’m fueling my body with something healthy. As someone who deals with stomach issues, I really appreciate that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other drinks do. I’ve been feeling more awake, less sluggish, and just overall better. I’ll definitely be ordering more, and if you’re looking for something like this, I highly recommend giving it a try!!
