I bought a better pump

I received this pool. Followed all the guidelines as outlined for the product. We even put a tarp under the pool to ensure extra care for the bottom. As the pool began to fill a leak was discovered. We were not able to find the leak. I returned the pool. Then I find out they are charging me half the cost of product to "restock" it. It's damaged, there will be no restocking required. Shameful. Poor product and poor customer service. I have respectfully requested a reconsideration. I don't suspect it will happen. I will update the review more favorably, it anything changes. Until then, I learned a very valuable lesson.

The pool is very easy to setup and is well made. I did purchase a better pump because the one that came with it is not strong enough to circulate the water well.

3 weeks in and we have no complaints. Reviews scared me but atleast for us we are happy with our purchase. Filter seems fine, just buy chlorine and take care of it. Would recommend. I didn’t level the pool out but its plenty deep for our 3 year old, and holding up fine.

So far so good! Was worried about leaks due to reviews, but seems good. Just got it set up today. Will update if anything happens UPDATE!! We're a a full week in, and still have clear water!! I'm shocked due to some of the negative reviews, either we got a good one, or others who bought didn't chlorinate, skim, and change the filter enough! Previous summers, when we had a pool without a filter, we'd have to drain every 4 or 5 days, due to having well water and algae. But our pool is looking great! Adding a pic of it a week after putting it up!

Pool is NOT an easy setup as stated, if ground has the slightest pitch it doesn’t fill correctly and the filter is junk and doesn’t keep the pool clean as it should wouldn’t purchase again

Easily set up with my 16 yr old son, very stable and very durable. The pump works wonderfully and keeps the water/pool chemicals flowing to help keep it maintained. Absolutely love it!

Don't fill it with your well! Next year I will pay to have water brought in as I have already spent a ton and it's still not clear. Yes, I vacuum it manually and change the filter 3 to 5 times a day!
