Definitely take with food
First few days kinda made me nauseous but I tske it once a day I I steady of 2 , I think twice a day is too much. One a day isn't bad and definitely take with food. As far as improvements I dont know, I believe these vitamins take time to see a difference. 2 weeks, 2 months I dont think is suffice to result in a negative or positive result. But I did see a temporary clarity while watching TV but then again it just may be in my mind.
