Love this heated eye mask. I've been dealing with lingering dry eyes six months post-LASIK and this mask beats warm compresses and the disposable masks I've been using. This mask is very comfortable. Every 3-4 days it has to be recharged using the lower temperature. I have had it almost a year and I’m having to charge it every 2-3 days. Heat is good and seems to toggle lower than higher. Feels good on my eyes as instructed by my eye doctor to use daily. I have not tried the higher temperatures because the lowest setting seems to do the trick. Washes well. I put it in a laundry bag so the strap doesn’t get entangled with anything and stretch out the strap. I wish the charge lasted longer to begin with and now that it’s almost a year old of daily use, the charging is even more frequent.

I wanted to wait until I have used this to write a review. I have had this for almost a year now and I love it. It stays in place and does not move over night. The heating function is great. It does get hot but there are different setting and it turns off automatically. I use this every night and love it. It does not feel flimsy or out of place. The size if perfect. It does not have any smell to it which is something I was worried about with the heating feature. I think I will keep this for a while and replace it when it eventually dies. You do have to charge it frequently, I think I charge it every other day. It is a nice mask too without the heat.

I was excited to try this heated eye mask, but it has been very disappointing. It stopped charging properly after a short time, and when it does charge, the battery drains extremely fast. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations at all.
