DB Method is the 💣!
I always shop around so when I realized Amazon had the DB Method I wanted at a price that was better than the company website with their own 30% discount I grabbed it! I love my new DB Method machine and can actually do squats and get back up thanks to the hydraulics that lift you up with a little pull of the hand rails. I had a total knee replacement two years ago and was unable to do squats until now thanks to this machine. I took a before picture and in a few weeks I’ll add it and an after picture of my results. Very happy with my purchase and Amazon for giving me options. Watch a YouTube video for even easier set up!

Great squat machine
This workout is great as you can see in the video it’s working! It was easy to assemble. Tucks away in the corner great when not in use.

Mounting & dismounting difficulties
This machine appears to be a good choice for squat exercises except: You must be very careful in getting on and off this machine! The mounting base is way too narrow to offer much in the way of stability. This narrow base combined with the high mounting height of the seat, can be very tricky in getting on and off without risking a tumble or suffering any other accident. The base, as supplied, is just too narrow to be stable. This machine would be a joy to use if the base was wider but as it is made, there is a constant worry of having a mishap. Yes, the instructions and cautions were read, yet we still managed to have an accident with the machine falling over.

Super Easy Assembly
I put this together in less than 10 min. I am not good at putting items together but this was too simple. Its also very sturdy and has a great weight support. Its easy to use and also stores under the bed easily.
