Helps me fall asleep! Caution, if you have Crohns or IBS, this can activate a flare. With that said, sleep is required, just be aware.

Excipients and fillers
I regret not reviewing the ingredient list more carefully before ordering. This product contains multiple excipients and fillers—such as magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide—that can aggravate gut inflammation and may be problematic for anyone with leaky gut or related digestive sensitivities. Ironically, I purchased it as part of a gut-healing regimen, but these additives can do more harm than good in such cases.
