Good quality product but size issue otherwise best

Cons: First of all, please be assured that no installation service will be provided by brand. Amazon support is clueless. So I waited for 3 days, raised complaint ticket, followed up but no outcome. So I installed it myself. Pro: 1. Its value for money 2. Quality of product is good 3.Installation is quite easy. You have to insure that you have a 3/4 inch connector point. Then you have to connect the inlet house. In case any detailed help required, I can explain 4. Amazon customer support said that DIY, will not violate warranty. 5. It has 6 modes, 35 min with 40C for quick wash is the fastest, which works well for all utensils other than one used for deep fry etc. 90 min is the balanced mode which cleans well with 70C. 6. It has a pause option, means you can add utensil in between. 7. Noise level is minimal, 10% of a washing machine( for reference) 8. Inner body panel are of steel. ( not the holder nets) I am giving 1 star less due to brand service issue. Else it is a go to product.

Advantage 1. Cost Effective 2. Good enough for people with less utensils 3. High end features 4. Table top in Kitchen- So no hassle of moving utensils Disadvantage 1. Does not clean hard stains effectively. 2. Does not clean effectively atleast 10% of Utensils put in the machine mostly heavily soiled. 3. Can only use SS and glass utensils. But Dishwashing time has reduced from 1 hour to just 10 minutes for my family. This can wash most Dishes but not all. Helps reduce time in washing dishes. So, do not purchase with very high expectation as all Dishwasher has this disadvantage.

Don’t buy Spending money on this product is a waste of time and money. First there is no installation provided I had to spend extra 2k to get it installed. Inspite of numerous calls to Amazon and the seller, no support was provided. After installation as well, the product doesn’t work well. I have to wash all the utensils again via hand as it doesn’t clean dirt at all. It just removes utensils under water without scrubbing . Utensils aren’t clean even after running a 3hr cycle. And as it has no return option inspite of being under window the support is not provided. Extremely pathetic experience.

Item is good for the price and the installation was absolutely smooth and the installation person gave us good time and briefing. Go for it!
