No need to take it off before folding.
Very practical with good capacity. The web itself is not elastic. Be aware that it might not be a good choice for someone using the travoy in a wet, rainy country. The really good thing about it is that I don't need to take it off to fold and stow the travoy away. In addition to using it as a shopping and cycling trolley, the net lets me quickly fold the travoy and pop it into the boot of my car. The little zip pocket is designed to pack tue net into a handy little packet and when on the trolley I use it to for spare strapping belts.
