As far as taste, etc., it is just fine in my coffee, which is how I use it every morning. The taste is fine, not offensive in any way, and it dissolves well. Listen, I don’t write reviews but I’ve been raving about this powder to all of my friends. I tried Ryze mushroom coffee because I saw it on instagram but after doing research, found that it there is a lot of hoopla out there and I could find a better mushroom product. I found this and it checked all of the boxes, fruiting body, perfect amount of mg, good blend etc.. I can’t say much for how it’s helped my focus, energy etc.. though I do feel that my focus and energy has improved don’t get me wrong but there’s one improvement I’ve noticed more than anything! I’m 30 years old, I have a pretty active social life and I drink a lot on the weekends. I tend to over do it and wake up incredibly hungry over. I’m MISERABLE in the morning.
