This stuff really helps! Not easy to find a good vegan vitamin D. Finally found a professional kind from lichen that is micellized, tastes great, and doesn't bother my stomach! I can easily take it with a meal. Add 5 drops to your food, spoon, or in your mouth. Ideal if taken with another fat, but this does contain MCTs from coconut oil and cold-pressed castor bean oil that helps absorption as Vitamin D is fat soluble. Other brands I've tried, the MCT has bothered and upset my stomach a lot, but not this one! Woohoo! I previously tried MRM's vit D & K2 too but unfortunately, it just didn't work for me. Lab numbers weren't improving nor did I feel any different. With Pure TheraPro Rx, I feel a difference in sleep quality, mood, immunity, etc. I'm happy with it and will get my lab numbers checked soon after taking at least 3 months. Oh and this contains vitamin K2 from chickpeas as well which is nice to have the 2 together. Thank you!

I began taking this product earlier this year and believed it was all the advertising said it was, but it had changed as I noted in my last review with no explanation I found at the time I received my last bottle in August. The original formula I had received was a clear tasteless liquid but the new bottle came with a light brown fluid and it had an unusual taste, as others have begun to report. I didn't know what had changed, until a few days later when I went back to the product ad on Amazon, and learned they had used a new liposomal process that micro-encapsulates the D3 and K2 in a protective substance made of extra virgin olive oil. I am familiar with this product since I use other products, such as vitamin C, in the same form which helps protect the vitamin from digestive breakdown and transports it directly into your body cells. I had reordered from the saved copy of my original order and was unaware of the changes when the last bottle arrived, but now that I know what the change is, I am using the new bottle and believe it to be an improved form.

This product has almost no flavor. Just a few drops every morning and my levels stay in range. AGS safe.

I mean my levels went up a bit. It was like 20-24 and now is 29 and I dont even use it daily. Sometimes I forget. My problem with pills was constipation and with this one there is zero side effects
