I have POTs, and I'm nauseous like all the time. I am also extremely sensitive about flavors. I love a good tester pack because buying a whole box or something that I might possibly hate or makes me really nauseous sucks. I loved the peach and watermelon flavors, lemon and lime is always a solid choice. But i thought I would love the berry one, and i hated it. Tasted like purple if purple had a flavor. Also, way better pricing than other brands.

Comparable to LMNT
This is very similar to LMNT but much cheaper. While several negative reviews mention it is too salty, I was expecting it to taste some salty like LMNT since it has 1000mg of sodium which not too many of these type of mixes do. Good flavor if you know what you are getting. Much needed for my hot & humid summer runs! Highly recommend for the LMNT drinkers who want to save some $$.

MUCH Better Than Name Brand!
As someone with a medical condition that requires additional electrolyte intake, I have become something of a connoisseur of high sodium drinks. I had purchased the name brand of this product and kind of liked it but couldn't justify the price. I decided to take a risk with this product and found I liked it MUCH better!! What a find! I like it as a morning pre-workout beverage with lots of water, a splash of almond milk and some instant coffee. It really helps to wake me up and hydrates me perfectly for the day. It's not only a great taste, it's a great value. My only suggestion is to offer it in bulk rather than the sticks which I find really wasteful since I never take on the go.

Affordable LMNT alternative but tastes more Artificial
These are pretty good and affordable compared to other electrolytes packs. They are fairly salty like LMNT packrts, and they dissolve well. I got the multi-flavor pack. The flavors are pretty artificial tasting, in that they taste like common candies that are flavored like "Peach", "Watermelon" etc. That could be a positive to some because its almost like drinking a candy flavored drink (especially peach and watermelon flavors). Berry was my favorite and the lemon lime was the worst flavor to me. Its too artificial and feels on the line of "kitchen cleaner" tasting. I would order just the berry flavor packs if I ordered again. The packs are a little hard to open by hand so be prepared to use scissors to open it.

Amazing flavor and very Affordable!
Amazing flavor! Very affordable! I know people think its too salty but then you can mix it with more water. 16 Oz is really salty but 24 Oz is less so and 30 Oz is definitely least salty. Amazing for pots, really appreciate the high sodium! Thanks for an awesome product!

Weird reaction
On paper, these seem like a good value replacement for LMNT. To be clear, I was not using LMNT before due to both cost and trying to avoid artificial sweeteners, so I can’t provide a taste or effects comparison.I had been buying liquid IV for years, the one with actual sugar, but was always curious about the very different electrolyte profile in LMNT, so figured this was a cheap way to try it out. These packets dissolve easily and do not taste salty to me as others have complained about. It’s mostly just the artificial sweetener and flavors I taste.I’ve gone through about half the box now, so have consumed enough to notice a pattern in how my body responds. Unfortunately, I think the stevia in these disagrees with me. I find myself crashing hard energy-wise after drinking these, even only half a packet. It may be that I actually have to have a high carb food with one of these to counteract that effect - apparently stevia can cause an insulin response in some people and these do taste much sweeter than anything I eat regularly. I am going to give that a whirl, but won’t be buying these again as I often am not looking to eat a meal or snack when just needing an electrolyte boost. Back to liquid IV for me.

best option for this POTSie!
I have POTS and these are easily my favorite electrolytes. Same amount of sodium and electrolytes as LMNT at a WAY better price point, which is great for those of us who have to spend a fortune on electrolytes on a regular basis. The peach is by far my favorite! It doesn’t have a weird, chemical, or artificial taste at all. I’m really glad to have these as a high-sodium but cost-effective option to help manage my condition.

Very Sweet, Not Very Salty
Much sweeter tasting and doesn't have the same salty bite as LMNT. The sweetness is ideal for the fruity flavors, but doesn't match well with citrusy flavors like the lemon lime. I definitely don't like that it's made in China - that's not worth the lower price point for me. But the powder dissolves well and provides the same level of electrolytes as the comp, just not as tasty for certain flavors
