It works but with consistency
I used to have hot flashes from hell and night sweats. My sister told me about this oil and decided to use it. I don't like traditional HRT meds, I would rather go the holistic route. I used this twice daily, in the morning and at night. It took about 5-6 weeks to kick in. My hot flashes and night sweats completely stopped and my period is totally back to normal. SHOCKED!!! I'm on my 2nd roller. I rub it in my fatty areas and stop using it when I get my period. I just ordered the cream which I plan to rub on the soles of my feet at night time. Trying to work on my energy increase, hope it helps with that.

It has helped me tremendously The mood swings are almost zero I am more calm and I hardly cry anymore ( I don’t have hormonal cry sessions) The hot flashes are cut in half

Worth it
Skincare game changers. After doing customer service and outreach all night smiling constantly, if I grease my smile lines up I have 0 impressions at the end of the night. I’m about to be 34 so that’s crazy. Seriously softens your skin and really softens hair. So far it hasn’t stained clothes. Not as oily as you’d expect as the oil comes out sparingly via the roller and absorbs almost entirely in like 10 minutes even when I really oil it up. Maybe it’s just the benefits of any oil based or lubricating skincare product but I put this anywhere I have lines forming and it’s like engine oil for my skin to stay totally stress free.

Oil isnt as good as the cream
This is no where near as good at the cream It did nothing for me hotflashes.
