The neck and back massage was amazing! My upper back hurt (more than usual) after I moved furniture. This relieved the tension while offering gentle motion, which ended the pain. It's amazing!

I purchased this as a gift for my mother. To preface this review - my mother is one of the most particular women I have ever met in my life, ESPECIALLY when it comes to massage therapy, massage products, etc. If you're picturing a "Get the manager" Karen, you'd be correct except for the name. My mom has serious neck and back issues due to injuries she has sustained in the past. Her neck injuries were so traumatizing she was unable to turn her head for years. She still gets terrible migraines and has a difficult time driving long distances because of the position of her neck while driving, but her 90 yr old father lives a few hours away so she makes the drive despite the pain. I purchased this neck massager as a Mother's Day gift hoping it would be something she could use in the car on those drives. When she opened the gift she smiled, but her response was "Thanks...but I have a neck massager. They never work." I told her maybe this one would be different and to give it a try, if it didn't work I had the gift receipt and she could return it. I honestly expected her to return it ... Surprise! She loves it! She said it helps more than any other automated massager she's ever used. If an item can impress my mom, I know it's worth having. So I'll be buying one for myself as well!

I have been using this for a few days and it is a great massager. I wish it was recharable so it could be used without being plugged in.

I gifted this neck massager to my boss for Christmas, and he absolutely loved it! He said it was the best gift he received this holiday season. The deep kneading massage and heat feature are incredibly relaxing and effective for neck and shoulder pain. Highly recommended as a thoughtful and practical gift.

This was the perfect gift for a friend of mine who is a teacher. I wanted to give her something to help with all the stress she was going through, and she said it worked like a charm.

Looking for help from the seller: we love the massager but after a short time of owning it, it just randomly stopped working. We can’t get it to turn on (yes, we charged it…) unless it’s plugged into a power outlet. On their website is no method to contact them other than a phone number and I’m looking for advice on how to fix this. Please let me know because we really like the product itself…

I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for four years and I've always sworn by massages done by a professional as machines just don't live up to human touch. Though we recommend at least a 1 hour massage once a month, it is rare that we actually live by our own advice unless we have a friend we like to trade with as most of us don't make a lot of money, or the company doesn't include it as a benefit. As most of my friends are still trying to social distance, it has been very difficult this past year to get any massages, and this machine is AMAZING! I will always prefer hands on, however in between physical massages this is an excellent alternative! I cannot remember the last time my shoulders and neck felt this loose! If it starts to go wonky I'll update this review, as I just got it today, but, I've been using it for a good hour and I feel AMAZING. I've used it all over my back, neck and shoulders and I'm going to get creative and use it on my forearms and calves for sure! Also, as with any massage, hands-on or machine, make sure to drink LOTS OF WATER as any MT will tell you that a lot of toxins are getting released and if you don't flush those out you can get very sick! Especially if you are using this a lot on your neck and shoulders all of those toxins are going straight to your thyroid. I had a family friend whom I worked on her neck for 2 hours because she couldn't move it, by the time we were done she could, however, she called me up the next day asking if she could have gotten sick if she hadn't drunk any water after our session. Water is SO important! I cannot stress that enough! Okay, rant over. Seriously if you're considering buying this massager I cannot recommend it enough. I bought 2 because I'm gifting the other one for my dad's birthday, so happy I snagged it on the deal of the day! BEST $40 I've every spent! I'm absolutely going to buy another one for my mom for Mother's Day and possibly just to everyone I know!

This works great being plugged up but who wants to have to remain in one place all the time? I need it without being plugged up. I’m going to return it and order one that I can use plugged or unplugged.
