Tastes great. I use it during long workouts, for hangovers, or just to stay hydrated. The powder is way cheaper than the bottles, and I buy it again every time I run out.

I usually buy the premade bottles of the electrolytes. This time I chose to buy the powder. I don’t like my drinks too sweet which works out to my advantage. The packets of powder are 3x what a normal packet of powder you would use. I make 3 bottles of water with one pack! Good value! Helps rehydrate you and tastes delicious! Highly recommended!

I bought these electrolytes and, without even knowing it, I had to use them about a week later because someone in my family got sick and needed electrolytes.
