They look a little strange and I was doubtful about foot stability without a pedal platform. However, they are an excellent addition to my bikepacking bike. They take a little getting used of, but it is very easy to enter and exit the pedal and with a fairly stiff soled cycling shoe stability is not a problem. I have not tried to use them with a shoe without cleats, however, I imagine they are not very good.

自転車の軽量化に有効なアイテムです。専用のクリートはシマノSPDの物よりも薄くて小さいので、自転車から降りたときに歩きやすいです。固定力は弱いです。引き足の力が強い人ならば外れてしまうと思います。4面ビンディングなので、どの方向からでもキャッチできますが、ほぼ軸だけの構造で、プレートが無いため、拾いにくいです。欠点もありますが私自身は気に入っていて、このシリーズのペダルをずっと使い続けています。

fácil instalación! muy poco peso! Precio ajustado para lo que ofrece! Muy cómodos en su uso. Llevo un mes con ellos y lo único que que le puedo poner pegas es al color que trae el muelle que se va deshaciendo. Así que si buscas un color que pegue con tu bici olvídate por que poco lo vas a ver!! Si vas andar por alguna circunstancia sin anclar tener cuidado ya que resbala fácilmente el pie!! Muy buenos en estética. Es la mínima expresión de un pedal puesto en la bici!! 100% recomendados!!

Je suis un fidèle utilisateur de cette marque et je renouvelle toute ma confiance mes anciennes pédales ont durées plus de 10 ans en utilisations VTT pur, l'entretien et réduit au plus simple et il n'a aucuns réglages a effectuer je recommande vivement la marque .
