I've been buying and using this brand for years and it is always amazing. I did get a bad bottle of vanilla once, and I wrote that in the review for it but it was never replaced. But I've bought over 40 big bottles from them. So I guess that's a good track record. I would think that someone who has bought so many before would be reached out to and a reconciliation made. Temu does! Amazon wants me to drive to town and return the defective item! I'm disabled and do not drive!
