Will this kill the bamboo runners from my neighbor's yard?

I used it to kill that wild bamboo that is infecting yards...key is to keep spraying it until it dies back and then try not to disturb the area once it goes dormant.this stuff kills pretty much anything...including tree stumps that keep sprouting. Key is repeat til gone!
