Great functional product. Price a bit excessive but it def covers all collagen types and its hydro. I’ve seen some bad reviews that it makes you sick or you have a bad reaction or even that it doesn’t work. Please remember to keep a healthy diet when on a supplement journey. You can’t take a great supplement and continue to apply heat and toxic products to skin and hair and eat horribly then say it doesn’t work or it makes you sick. This is a great clean product. I’ve been taking it forever. I have eczema and sensitive skin and this foam not affect it! If anything my flare ups are down my hair is thickening and growing fast. My nails are growing so fast. The strength is taking some time since I had been using gel for decades. My joints and my bones feel better than ever. It doesn’t make my heart palpitate when I take it in the am in an empty stomach but not during other times of the day.

While I recognize that every individual is different, I am a 75 year old male and began taking this collagen supplement to help eliminate or reduce bruising from small bumps and scrapes. I hike and backpack several days a week and seem to bruise easily over this past year. For me, this collagen supplement has been exceptionally effective. After only five days, taking one capsule per day, I have noticed a positive difference in my skin's texture and no bruising marks on my arm. I will continue on my one capsule per day regimen. I recommend this product and hope it will work for you.

Started taking this about 2 weeks ago. Hoping it is helping my elbow injury heal better or faster. A little early to say but I have not had any digestive issues and no negative side effects. A few friends have recommended that I add collagen supplements to my other vitamins etc.

This is a great collagen supplement and really works! I have tried so so many supplements and powders and nothing works as good as this! Recommended dosage is 2 daily, I just take 1 and it has helped my joints greatly! Average size whit powder capsule, no taste or smell and easy to swallow. Be patient and give these an honest 2 mnths to see and feel full effects! I highly recommend!

After years of night time hip pain, I can slept again. For the past 10-12 years I would wake up during the night with horrible, bilateral hip pain, which only got worse as the years went on. Doctors gave me cortisone shots, which did absolutely nothing. The pain only got worse. I tried several creams claiming to work. I’ve been taking only a few weeks and I’m not sure I can concretely see any changes as yet. There are so many positive reviews I’d like to say they’re worth it but the main reason I’m reviewing is bc I realized that one serving of these pills is 1/12 what is recommended for collagen intake! I’m going back to powder in my drinks once I’m done with these (which shouldn’t be long if i swallow 6 or 12 a day! 😉) my fault for not comparing mg’s but posting it here to help the next person! Some people maybe only want a small dose. I don’t want to overdose, but I do want more than 1000.

My skin already feels smoother nice supplement

The product arrive on time as stated. The capsules are easy to take. I take 2 capsules in the morning instead of 4 a day. My hair is thicker, but I'm not sure if it's due to these capsules and the rosemary oil concoction that I made. My nails are also long and strong. My skin is looking good. So all in all, it's a good product.
