This supplement is supposed to help you relax and have a better night’s sleep. I’m not sure if it works or if you convince yourself that you are more relaxed. It has a sweet fruity flavor which is tolerable. I tried it both hot and cold and found it easier to drink like a hot cup ot tea. It wasn’t clear from the directions how close to bedtime you should take it. What Ido know is that drinking 8 oz. Of water before bed made me get up during the night to use the bathroom which sort of defeats the purpose of the product. The directions said you wouldn’t feel the full effect til you’ve taken it for a week. Does that mean you must continue to take it nightly or can you take it intermittently when you need a little more soothing? Still not sure. I do know the treatment is $2 a portion which seems a lot for something that may or may not work. You can decide for yourself.
