I tried both mixed berry and chocolate, I definitely prefer the chocolate one especially if I'm adding some unflavored whey protein too it. The mixed berry one is far less flavorful and also is more crunchy than the chocolate. Always use milk and allow the cereal to soak for a couple minutes unless you don't mind it super crunchy and hard. I wish it didn't have any added sugars but 4g is not bad. I do appreciate the use of stevia instead of sugar or sucralose. The almonds provide more nutrients too which is nice and a little extra flavor. It is also far cheaper than any other protein cereal too. I've been having this cereal for over a year now every single day for breakfast, I first chop a banana up in my bowl, add 1 cup of cereal, the around 10g of unflavored whey protein concentrate, then 1 cup of milk to make a 38g protein bowl of cereal to start the day. I do recommend the chocolate over mixed berry any day, unless you don't like chocolate...

I’m a cereal eater and when I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, every carb had to count. I feel better that I’m getting my protein in with a decent portion size. It’s still more expensive than your average cereal but definitely not as expensive as other low sugar brands.

This cereal is crunchy and stays satisfying, especially if you want a higher-protein breakfast. The berry and almond flavors come through nicely, and it works well with milk or as a dry snack. The larger bag lasts a while, and it’s easy to portion out. Great for quick breakfasts when you want something more substantial.

Incredible macros for people trying to get their protein in. Plus the inclusion of dried strawberries, raspberries and almonds make this my #1 choice for breakfast. Two cups with a cup of soy milk and you start your day with 50 g of protein.
