Disappointed with Product Quality and Lack of Support from JLab
I purchased the JLab Epic Sport ANC3 on June 26, 2025, and initially, they worked well. However, within days, I began experiencing audio issues like stuttering, skipping, and poor bass quality. I reached out to JLab support on July 18 but received no meaningful assistance. After escalating the issue, I faced communication difficulties and was unable to get a replacement or refund. I've documented the entire experience, including support interactions and proof of purchase, and am pursuing formal resolution channels. Unfortunately, my experience with the product and support has been disappointing, and I would advise future buyers to proceed with caution.
