Meets my needs

I bought this a couple of years back & I’m back to buy again before I move again. I’m not moving it with me bc i can care less about taking it a part only to rebuild, i rather sell and buy a new and build that. The desk has been wonderful & is very spacious. I work from home full time and I game as well. I use one side for work and the other for my pc. It’s so perfect and sturdy. The metal material is top tier and i used the long form, not L shaped. It’s heavy to move and holds all of my screens. 100% recommend.

Replacing my daughter's heavy and clunky computer desk. This was a good choice. It fits nicely into her room and makes it look less cluttered. There's plenty of desk space, length wise but its a bit shallow in depth. There's a lot of screwing together so be prepared. All and all, my daughter is happy with the desk. Thinking of buying one for myself

The desk was packaged well. It took two of us a bit over 2 1/2 hours to assemble. It wasn’t difficult. It was just a lot of small pieces, but so worth the time because the end result is pretty cool. Lots of desk for the value. I strongly suggest laying out all the pieces in numeric order to prep assembly. This will certainly speed the process! UPDATE AFTER LIVING WITH IT FOR A FEW DAYS! PROBLEM: My home office set up includes a laptop and two stand alone 27” monitors. The upper shelves are very narrow and the base of my monitors didn't feel secure. I keep my laptop on the shelf as well, that too hung over. SOLUTION: We went to a big box store and purchased two 16" deep white closet shelves (one 48" and one 36"). Our intention was to increase the upper shelf not only in depth, but in width. We centered the shelves so they overlapped more on the rear of the desk than the front allowing ample front clearance to work on the lower surface. That’s where my keyboard and mouse live. We wanted the top shelf to extend past the actual desk (right side) to give us more upper surface space. The right side of the shelf is floating past the desktop (around 17") and touches the wall. We secured it by screwing upward through the original shelf from the bottom and into the new one. Last, we finished it with a corner moulding to hide the seam between the 48” and 36” shelves. This gave us so much more surface and extended the overall size of the desk. This little bit of customizing has made such a difference.
