It does say on the package the dosage you should be taking is two a day, once in the morning and evening would be preferable. You get 60 gummies, which works out to a 30 day supply.They contain 1000IU of Vit D per 2 gummies, so not a massive daily dose, but good to top your levels up or for those who are already getting some Vitamin D from the sun or diet.The quality seems excellent, the taste isn't artificial and because the Vitamin D is food derived I feel these are good value for what you receive.It's difficult to comment on their effectiveness and how they help my energy levels because I've only just started taking them, but I have full faith in this company and have confidence that they will increase my Vitamin D levels and the benefits associated with this.Overall I'm very happy with these gummies, it's a great way to get your daily Vitamin D.
