I had never dyed my hair with another product, and thus am very new to this whole thing, so I am not an expert. That said, this is a product I am really happy with. It came out looking great with no bleach or anything. The third time I used the dye, I had the best results. I guess I am getting better with every application. I definitely recommend this to people like me who are inexperienced. It is very easy to use. And they aren't lying about the mess, it washes right out. I hope I can find it in stores here in this color! I just randomly stumbled upon it on Amazon and decided to just to go and try dyeing for the first time, and I am very satisfied.

I actually got this to test out on my mom! And I can say it works really good she has light blonde hair. I would not recommend this for darker hair due to the fact it might not show up!

Don’t hesitate to get this. I’m a recent bottle blonde and wasn’t happy with my last color so since this didn’t look harsh I decided to try it. Super happy I did! It does what the box said. And considering it’s not bleach it lightens dark hair quite a bit. I have to be careful not to leave it too long on the roots because it can take it to yellow blonde, which isn’t what I want. I also tried the Pink one when I didn’t have access to the Blonde and it turned out great! And washed out really well. Evenly and to a very pastel pink, until washed out completely. The only downside is that while the foam does make it fun to use (and easy!), it doesn’t allow for precise application. I hope the company starts producing the hair-color in cream texture as well!

During the application, I was thinking this product was literally perfect. I almost purchased another color during the short wait after applying it, but, unfortunately, I had a negative reaction. I was 6 years old the first time I used temporary hair dye, so I’m no novice. In high school and my first year of college, I dyed my hair on a weekly/ biweekly basis, which included lightening and processing my almost black hair first. I often didn’t wait a full 24 hours between lightening sessions, all of which I did myself, using professional/ salon supplies. I recently lightened my hair for the first time in about 13 years. The last time I had bleach-blonde hair was when I was 19 and the last time I used drug-store boxed dye was when I dyed my hair back to my natural color, so that I could grow my hair out and have healthy, untreated hair. Recently, I lightened a skunk/ split-dye streak using 3 boxes of lightener. Although I wanted half to be dark and half to achieve white-blonde, only about 1/4 lightened to the level I wanted and the other 1/4 was patchy auburn calico, which I wasn’t happy with. I will say that this dye worked quickly and was permanent. I had minimal mess and was happy with the outcome. It was definitely less harsh and smelly than regular dye, but I had about 24 hours worth of sensitivity to the smell and itchiness. This was most likely due to my personal skin allergy to hydrogen peroxide, though, but it didn’t happen immediately, so I can’t be sure. Although I won’t be using it again, this brand is definitely worth buying instead of regular boxed hair dye!
