The electronic Kapak Ultra Violet C hearing aid dryer and dehumidifier works like a charm. I got hearing aids several years ago from a local brick and mortar store that sells them. Under their advice, I purchased a dryer there at the same time. I used that dryer every night from day one. When I went in for a check-up, I was told I needed to dry my hearing aids out nightly. I was immediately pointed to the dryer unit they were selling. Now I did notice that in the summer, I would take out my hearing aids and there would be a bit of moisture in the battery area. In the mornings, it often times was still there. At the time, I thought nothing of it. However this time around, I decided to do a bit more research here on Amazon with dryers and see what others had to say about them. After reading a ton of reviews, I decided on the Electronic Kapak dryer. I am very happy with my purchase as it does a wonderful job of drying my hearing aids. No more moisture is evident in the mornings. It even costs less than the one they were selling at the store. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that wears hearing aids. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks!

I have two kids that wear hearing aids. One is 7 and the other is 10. Each one has one dryer. When they were smaller kiddos both pair would fit in one machine but now that they have grown, they both have to have one each. They have full molds and both the molds and hearing aids fit in this machine. It's super awesome and easy for them to take back and forth to their dad's. Both kids can work the machine correctly but I do go back to be sure they didn't leave the lid open so it doesn't run all day long. Excellent choice for a simple dryer and sanitizer. I will be ordering one for my hearing aid also.

I use this every night and then went to my audiologist who tested my aid for moisture and it didn't have any. This has happened several times so I am confident that the machine works great. It is compact and if you only have hearing aids, this is a wise choice. It also works in just a few hours. AND you don't have to buy dry brick desiccants and replace them every two months. IF YOU OFFERED A SECOND SIZE WITH A 1" WIDER BOX THAT WOULD BE BETTER FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE COCHLEAR IMPLANTS. I have one hearing aid and one cochlear implant. The wiring piece gets a lose connection in this dryer because I have to squish it into the dryer. If it was 1" wider inside the box, it would work better for me. The wiring piece costs $360 so I do not want to replace that every three months. I am going to have to purchase a second one for my cochlear implant and now I have more clutter on my nightstand or remember to swap out the hearing aid for the CI in the middle of the night. Not likely.

I had been using a dryer cup/desiccant to store my hearing aids overnight for years. Recently I noticed that my battery life was getting shorter. The problem became progressively worse to the point that sometimes they would only last a couple of hours. I began wondering if it was a moisture issue as it was midsummer and it was very humid. I began shopping on Amazon for a solution and finally decided to try this Kapak unit. Almost immediately after I started using it my battery life began to get better and after only a couple of days it was back to normal. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it seems to have solved the problem completely. The unit is super simple to use and I like the fact that it not only dries (with auto-shutoff) but also disinfects using UV light. I am very happy with this product and would strongly recommend it.

Had some problems with hearing aids and had heard-seen some things about humidity problems with hearing aids. Product works like said it would. No way for me to verify that they are disinfected and dried, other then see the UV light treatment and warm air blowing thru unit. Had no problems with hearing aids since using and no problem with dryer either. Maybe battery so could use when traveling or no power supply available. Haven't tried using battery pack to run, but will try it now that I thinking about it.

I purchased my unit in June 2021 and is only now starting to give out. It’s been used daily for 3 years. For the price I think it’s done a great job. My hearing aid provider said my aids are looking good because of the dryer. Easy to use, small enough for my small bathroom.

About to Finnish my first use and am yet to see the outcome. However, as an life long hearing aide user a powered dry ade tool for hearing aides is going to be awesome. Then compaired with the standard rechargeable microwave or bake kit that would only last mabe 1 mo before having to redo it. So for me those are going to be my backup or travel set. Update: 4\6\19 Bought it and received it March 11th. Did do the full cycle as discribed in manual. However, just recently had been signs of a glitch. I put the hearing aides in close the door press the button to turn it on. And seconds later it shuts off. If its my neglect of use am having a hard time reflecting what I did to it. On the flip side if it's the product am concidering trying to get a replacement other then that what a shame of a possible loss of a good tool that had potential. Time being 3 🌟 Final update 4\9\19 I had recently wrote about an glitch. I feel like its too late to file for an return. So as an troubleshooting choice I had switched the usb chord, as well as, usb home electric adapter. Seems to be working just fine now. I'm going to choose to bring it back to 5⭐ and leave it. Because am still proud to have purchased this useful tool and as said earlier its a step up. Just little disappointed the manufacturer chord and adapter Seems to be short lived. February 2, 2026 I still own this original purchase and it's been holding true. Have taken it to hotel stays. visits with family and friends. I think I've taken it on cruises before and then of course personal use at home

Es des-humificador funciona perfectamente. Tiene dos emisores opuestos de luz UV. El manejo es muy sencillo, ya que sólo hay que tocar el botón de puesta en marcha. Fácil seguimiento del proceso de desinfección y secado gracias a los 5 led que se van apagando a medida que avanza el proceso. Si se abre la tapa se para el proceso, y continúa una vez cerrada de nuevo. Tiene buena capacidad. Las dimensiones del fondo del compartimento de secado son: 70mmx50mmx20mm.
