I am not one to leave reviews but this device has been the best I ever bought. I have bought at least 7 other devices and this one is by far the best. The heat settings feel amazing. The nasal lines are completely gone. I bought a backup just in case they discontinued it.guacha. recommend this guasha.

Really impressed with the cold and heated electric Gua Sha device. Love using this in addition to my skincare routine. You can use cold or heated therapy for your face. I’ve been using this for about a week now, and the cold helps with puffiness in the morning and I use the heat at night for relaxation on my face after a hard day at work! Also has a vibration mode as well. I’m excited to see what the results are after using this for a month. I am already impressed.

This device simply stops working after the battery runs out.... I've kept charging, but it will not charge at all. The advertisement for it should be one-time use. It's very unfortunate because IF it did work, and last, it would help with your facial skin treatment. Maybe I got a faulty one. I hope I did, otherwise I would not spend 2 pennies on this item again.
