I choose this product because it’s made in USA. The black seed oil capsules are easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant aftertaste. They boost my energy, calm my nerves, and curb my cravings for sweets.

I work as a Nurse in General Surgery/Surgical Oncology, and also a Family Practice n weekends sometimes. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety, depression, my nails are weak and break easily, and my hair has thinned a bit. I heard about Black Seed Oil before, but I was like meh, I don't really need anything, I'm ok with popping 1000mg of Tylenol and 600mg Ibuprofen together if I need it. I have hyperthyroidism and my face and throat get extremely swollen and puffy because of it. I started taking this supplement due to the claims of it having anti inflammatory properties. I noticed its effects just after a few days of supplementing this product and after almost three months I no longer wake up with severe puffiness and my face in general is a lot slimmer then it has been in years. I have also noticed my stomach looking flatter as well and this has also helped with digestion. I would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with any type of inflammation and/or digestive issues.
