YoLink offers a terrific set up
These leak detectors appear to be well-thought-out and I have tested them several times and they all worked perfectly with the required hub. YoLink just came out with an audible hub which announces where the leak is. You can also set it up to provide you with text alerts as well. This set up cannot be beat and their CUSTOMER SERVICE took care of any questions I had.

I love the fact that it has its own siren
This model has its own siren, so it is independent of the hub. When it touches water, it gives you a loud screech. The Yolink ecosystem has an incredible range. All their devices work seamlessly together. And the batteries seem to last years not months

Alerts to water leakage and will trigger actuator to shut off water valve if you have this system.
Does the job it is supposed to do. I now have 8 of these and all work well when tested. One has notified of an actual leak and sent a text and email to me, as well as signaled the YoLink actuator to shut off the water valve to the house. the instructions to set the system up are a little confusing and took me awhile to set up the notifications. It probably took me 30 minutes. But they work great once set up.

Provides peace of mind
Started using these after a slow leak from a toilet caused extensive water damage. Very moisture sensitive. Easy to install. Fairly loud alarm and can send a message to your iPhone (haven’t tried it with an Android phone). I placed one on the floor behind each toilet in our house. Recommended.
