GWHOLE 500pcs Hamburger Patty Paper, 4.3 Inch, Non-Stick

Very sturdy. Perfect 4 oz patties. I buy frozen vacuum packaged ground beef that comes in one pound packages. After thawing, I cut the block of thawed beef into quarters, pressed it evenly into the patty mold with my fingers, then applied steady even pressure with the press. You should use two wax paper discs on the bottom and one on top to avoid sticking. Run a knife blade around the perimeter of the pressed patty before inverting and voila, a perfect 1/4 pounder. 3 lbs of meat, 15 minutes from start to cleanup results in a dozen perfect, uniform patties ready for the grill.

I finally broke down and got a good adjustable burger press at Williams Sonoma to replace the Tupperware press/storage set I'd been using forever. The instructions said that using wax paper was the best way to go, so I ordered these after measuring the press' opening. The sheets fit perfectly and they work exceptionally well, both for freezing and just keeping them separated when fresh.

I have an air fryer. I bought a hamburger press and use these to divide the patties until they are used. They are the perfect size for the hamburgers (1/4 lb each). I put one on the bottom of the press and then the hamburger. It makes it really easy to lift them out. I got four patties pressed and stored in fridge in less than five minutes. They are really easy to handle with the use of these papers and do not fall apart.

We use these all the time for making hamburger patties that don't stick when frozen.

My hamburgers were constantly fraternizing and getting into fights, so I had to put them in timeout. I tried individually wrapping them in plastic wrap, but they would still somehow stick together once I froze them. These paper rounds did the trick. They're great for meal prep, and they'll save me a ton of money on plastic wrap. Patties easily separate right out of the freezer. Very satisfied.

Love these in my hamburger press! One on bottom; one on top; and they’re good to freeze! They keep my press very clean and no more dealing with hamburgers sticking to the press!

Liked the decorative press top and used the press to make my veggie and lentil burgers the way I like them with out the usual mess and clean up.
