I started taking this as a free item from the company. They taste fabulous, have the perfect chewy texture, and work as they say they should. They cleared up an ongoing dry mouth issue that had been plaguing me for months that was causing the skin inside my mouth to peel. Less than a week after starting this supplement, the peeling stopped. I find that taking them right before bed is best because it calms me down and helps me sleep. I noticed that my skin started to clear up, but I also have been cutting sugar in my diet, so both have contributed to that. Can't live without these now.

Great Nightly Add On
This is a great gummy to add to your nightly routine. Does it do much? I don’t know. But I like to think it does. It’s a perfect size gummy and is really easy to take. Beats a pill any day. The taste is good.

A mutation in one of the pills
I pass the last month checking this product an other customers review. I wasn’t sure if this was going to be a good product but I gave it a try. After a week taking it, helping me in some way with my sleep and finding out the taste was ok ( I prefer to not take sweet at night), look what I found in one of the pills. Looks like a bunch of sugar cubes trying to get out of the jelly (hope it’s that). I checked the rest of the bottle and the other pills didn’t have that but that thing looks disgusting.
